It was my favorite place and I recommended it 100% to everyone since I am new to living in this area and I could say that everything was excellent until today, they have a Lady if you can call her a Lady who should teach her what customer service is. customer, because as a customer they lost me and my family, the treatment today was terrible, the sandwiches were burnt, my toast was burnt, when I went to the lady who was at the register to let her know my complaint, her answer was; I have not entered, talk to her (referring to the Colombian who took our order) who by the way is very friendly and courteous and the other Blonde Lady is very helpful, but beware of the Owner of this business if you do not teach your employees what a Custumer is service, your business is going to get out of hand, everything was different when Mr. Luis was there!!

The food is delicious, and the desserts are a window to our charming island. The prices are in line with our current economy. A family atmosphere and first-class customer service.

Well here we go, I bought 2 empanadillas, a cheese and a juice for $14.50, the prices are through the roof, the meat one has no flavor, the small juice for $4.00 dollars, the bad bad cheese is one of my favorite things and I didn't even eat it, I don't know how they sell with the prices, in the FL bakery you buy more for less, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this one, it is better to drive a little further and eat with more flavor

Sadly I couldn't even buy anything, I asked for empanadas and they didn't have them and they took a long time and for sandwiches and they didn't have them either and they took more than 30 minutes. They told me that they are super full and there were only 5 people waiting.

If you are looking for a Puerto Rican bakery, this is the wrong place. I went with my family and I found that they were hesitating for us to say “Chinese juice” (like all Puerto Ricans) because the Colombians who work there call it orange juice. The triplets are blind and the bread is not the best.

As soon I found out that they open, went in the morning 3 different days and get sandwich some pastries and oatmeal and another day at lunch. The bread was hard the oatmeal was old, pastries okey, but lunch was worst the rice no flavor and hard, yuca hard too, the soup super extra salty. It was a waist of almost $50 in this lunch. Definitely I don’t recommend this bakery, they need a lot to be a real PR bakery.
