Wow! I am beyond impressed with the service and professionalism of this business. I called them on 8/16 around 8ish to ask if they could accommodate me for a gender reveal cake same day. They told me yes right away, made my payment, and they gave me a time to pick it up. I was on a time crunch and got there right on time. They greeted me with a smile, I bought some food because everything looked so delicious! The food was amazing, my cake was ready and they even walked me out...

Food is delicious!! Great selection but the lady that serves food looks like if you take too long to look at the menu she will bite you. Not a single smile out of her and i felt super akward around her. The guy is sweet. But she looks so angry. Theres a few ladies here the one im talking about was wearing a black shirt middle age. I customer tried making a joke to ligther up the mood and not a smile. But the cashier super sweet the tripleta is amazing

It was my favorite place and I recommended it 100% to everyone since I am new to living in this area and I could say that everything was excellent until today, they have a Lady if you can call her a Lady who should teach her what customer service is. customer, because as a customer they lost me and my family, the treatment today was terrible, the sandwiches were burnt, my toast was burnt, when I went to the lady who was at the register to let her know my complaint, her answer...
