Celiac here! My family and I love coming to eat here because we can all eat what we enjoy with no issues. They have Gluten free pizza dough options & you can have them with whatever toppings. Have not had any major symptoms after as a symptomatic Celiac that doesn’t tolerate cross-contamination well so I’d say they do a pretty good job with allergies/food sensitivities.

We come at least once a month to get a 30” pizza and we love it! It’s enough for everyone to get full and have leftovers. Great customer service and delicious food!

Amazing pizza, great service, and beautiful location/atmosphere. Crunchy crust and underbelly of the pizza. The only thing that keeps it from a perfect 5 star is on occasion, rarely but can happen.. sometimes the crust can be a little closer to the burnt side. Doesn't take away from the great taste of the pizza but yeeeah noticeable... also the wings are a bit too Pricy.. The sausage pizza is another keeping away from 5 star..... Dundee uses some sliced sausage instead of the traditional little sausage chunks you see everywhere else... and well, the slices aren't really the best.. a little flavorless and I hope they some day will switch over to the sausage chunks.. then 5 star!

Service was extremely slow. It took 45 mins for chicken tenders and a sub. And casher was very rude and bitchy. Nasty attitude. Website is also out of date

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this place. The pizza was awful – it lacked flavor and was honestly not enjoyable at all and the crust was burnt. When I tried to reach out about the issue, the owner was unhelpful and rude They were dismissive and didn’t seem to care about fixing the problem. I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered a large supreme pizza with garlic knots tonight. I haven't been here in awhile. And I was absolutely amazed with how many toppings were on the pizza (which is a big deal to me). If the pizza isn't loaded with toppings I find a different pizza place. Needless to say they understood the assignment! I had a 10 minute drive home and the pizza was still very hot. The staff was very attentive and took the time to interact with my toddler while the restaurant was packed. Great hospitality me and my family will be making this our go to pizza place.

Place is hit or miss the last 2 years. Someday the pizza is pretty good. Others it's awful(not sure if different people are cooking)
Today the same thing happened as last month. You order food(pizza). They tell you 25 minutes. After we arrived at 30 minutes and they have no clue about the order and wait another 30 minutes after we pay to receive our food. The woman working has a bad attitude and is very rude. Imagine providing terrible service and then have a bad attitude on top of it.
This is officially the last time we make the Downtown Pizza mistake

We love the food but they never have enough people working. Three deliveries were way over an hour, call in I’ve been placed on hold for a long time as she continued to wait on person after person in store. We will not order from them anymore. Only dine in. Dine in service is good
My daughter ordered chicken parm . They brought out a simple chicken cutlet. I asked where cheese was and waitress ( had absolutely no clue) said they didn't speak much English in the back and wasn't sure how to make it . Pizza slices came out from being reheated were burnt. Service was atrocious

Questionable business practices. This place put out coupons, but the prices are virtually the same as their regular prices. Not only that, but they charge a “Service fee” of 3%, cash or credit. Their ads say nothing of this fee, I saw no signs in the establishment about it. What exact service am I being charged a fee for? I could see it if I paid with credit, but to add a service fee to all bills is quite frankly, fraud. Just raise the prices on the menu! In addition, as a New Yorker, I wasn’t thrilled with their pizza. The crust texture wasn’t right, and the sauce has chunks of tomato skin. This is on par with Marco’s down the street, no better.
