We did take-out last night from Hardee’s after a long day and was very disappointed to discover when we got home that we were short-changed an item that we paid for. I called Shaun B to report the error and to try and get a credit but the store manager said we had to come in person with the receipt. This seemed like a real inconvenience to us (after already being inconvenienced) so I really wasn’t expecting much in the way of customer service but I was pleasantly surprised at how professionally the situation was handled when we got there today. We were helped by multiple people who were all friendly and apologetic for the error and they remade the entire order for us. Well done Hardees employees!

Shynice S. Was the best drive-thru person I've ever had. She was extremely friendly and informative and made the drive-thru fun. Our food came out hot and delicious. Going to make this a regular stop on my way to Disney.

Everything was really good except for they didn’t have any change in their drawer so rather than giving me the extra amount back, they just didn’t give me my change so I paid extra money on my meal.that is not ok. It wasn’t my fault the restaurant didn’t have change

Cashier was rude and when I asked her which drink she was passing me since we had 4 drinks she was very rude to respond and say “what?” And I just said forget it ! Beverages were not carbonated and food was burn dark . Not the best experience

Tried the meal deal. Got my usual double cheeseburger along with the new spicy chicken, fries and a drink all for one low price. I have to give the spicy chicken 2 thumbs up. Size, juicy and flavored just right. Medium spicy which I found refreshing in the world of fast food hot chicken sandwiches.

It's been a long time since I've had a good biscuit. My husband took me to the hardes on twenty seven and lake wells, florida elevato, that was so good, good, everything I have eaten.So far from there has been totally worth it
