We did take-out last night from Hardee’s after a long day and was very disappointed to discover when we got home that we were short-changed an item that we paid for. I called Shaun B to report the error and to try and get a credit but the store manager said we had to come in person with the receipt. This seemed like a real inconvenience to us (after already being inconvenienced) so I really wasn’t expecting much in the way of customer service but I was pleasantly surprised...
Shynice S. Was the best drive-thru person I've ever had. She was extremely friendly and informative and made the drive-thru fun. Our food came out hot and delicious. Going to make this a regular stop on my way to Disney.
Everything was really good except for they didn’t have any change in their drawer so rather than giving me the extra amount back, they just didn’t give me my change so I paid extra money on my meal.that is not ok. It wasn’t my fault the restaurant didn’t have change
