Customer service was horrible and employee must hate his job because he had a attitude when I was placing my order. His name was at Ariel I feel he should not work in the front with customers with that attitude. And top it off he messed up on my order when I got home it was all wrong and subs were not toasted and cold for meatball subs. My pretzel was rubbery. I will not be going to this location again. If you want good customer service and right order go few miles down to next subway.

This location for Subway sucks.. I've ordered several times from here and it's always something that's upsetting. you can tell the young people don't want to work or do things right. My sub bread is stale. Orders are sometimes not ready or at least being prepared by the time you pick up. Ordered a salad the other day and had no lettuce. Absolutely ridiculous!! Good thing I decided to eat there or I would be eating nothing but toppings. This place needs to tighten up and getting other people that are willing to work right!

They love there subs so much they take there subs out the trash an wash the mustard off the meat and put it back in the Ben for sale for the next person. Blew my mind. Run away from this place TRASH…. 3-16-24 fire the sub maker ASAP.

Ordered on line and when I got home the order was all wrong. Went back and the girl there was very rude. Never said they were sorry. Were poor customer service. They lost me as a customer!!!!!
AWFUL customer service, she took care of everyone in the line but when it came to us she just leave us there standing. We waited for a really long time and she said that she had to do other stuff. We ended up leaving since I was in lunch break and I had to get back to work. I will never be back here.

Ordered 2 subs online. They were out of turkey, so they called me asking what else i wanted. I told them ham was fine. When i got to the store about 10 minutes later, the subs were still not made. DJ mixed up the subs and gave us the wrong toppings. When we came back to the store to tell him he messed up, he said i must’ve put it in wrong on the app. When he realized it was his mistake he gave me attitude and said “We can’t make it. We don’t have the stuff”. When i asked for a refund he said I was going to have to wait 30+ minutes because his manager lives about 30-40 minutes away and he didn’t have access to that “feature”. I told him to forget about it and walked out without my subs or my money.
