Ever since this Nutrition Spot was taken over by a new owner two years ago… this has become my favorite place! Nancy is so knowledgeable and friendly. She actively cares about her community by offering classes of all sorts in this location. The waffle sandwich is my favorite and it’s comparable to all of the junk food that sells near by. I love how she makes new monthly teas to match the current occasion… they truly wake me up when I need it!
