Terrible customer service, lady at the front extremely rude. First time coming here and will be my last. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Never experienced the type of customer service that I experienced here. Extremely rude and very poor attitude when taking orders. It was so bad, I gave them their food back and asked for a refund before leaving the restaurant. Pro tip for the lady: If you can’t hear my order when I’m right over the counter, then maybe you should take your AirPods out :)

The food was nothing special/ missing items
I never have high expectations for chinese food but the Dumplings just fell apart when you tried to pick them up and the pork fried rice was just dry and bland. We had to go back after getting home from picking up our order due to stuff missing ( Eggroll/ sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken). It was our first and last time, we will just go down 27 (Lake Wales) from now on.

I ordered general tso chicken and absolutely never again. That was not general tso chicken it was too dark and my brother in law ordered sesame chicken and it looked and tasted just like the general tso. They been open for 10 years but don’t know how to make general tso?. Yeah, No thank you! Don’t recommend. Btw if you ever want a refund you can’t take more than one bite and you need to bring back the eggroll or they would deduct the price of the eggroll I didn’t even eat that shit because I loss my appetite.

Top China in Dundee...Ordered chicken lo mein which wasn't to bad and it came with pork fried rice which was terrible. 2 tiny pieces of pork no soy sauce on it. We got our order to go so I didn't realize this until I was home. No Good

I watched the lady asked for extra catch up with her fried chicken and french fries and they gave her only one when she asked for a second the male and female owners practically flipped out and made a scene and then slammed the second ketchup on the table the lady then asked for hot sauce and the owner said no because you asked for ketchup. It was very unusual to see this kind of customer service over a few pennies of condiments. Three stars for the food though
