Best Bbq that I have had since Burn Co in Tulsa, Brisket was perfect, greens were very good, my wife says the Mac and cheese was tasty, but she has never had Burn Co’s, oh yeah the cabbage was awesome and the service is the secret to there success, “They hit my spot”, we shall return.

Food was great as always. Ribs seem to fall off the bone more than before. Portions were good and the mac and cheese was excellent. Our server, Sibol had the food out before I even got back from visiting the restroom. As for the atmosphere, it was a little loud, but that just means full of good people enjoying their meals. It has been about 3 or 4 years since we were here and the expansion was well done and almost tripled their size.

Fantastic BBQ!!! We had the BBQ Deviled Egg as an appetizer. So good! We both had Mr. Chetz dinner, 3 meats, 2 sides and a bread choice. My husband had brisket, ribs and sausage with baked beans and Mac n cheese for sides. I had the same meats with smoked cabbage and Pole beans for sides. I wanted corn bread, but they were out. So, hubby got my garlic bread. Ribs we're my favorite. Moist, great flavor and fall off the bone tender. Brisket brought in a very close second. Normally sausage is one of my favorites but these were a little spicy and chewy. I did eat one before hitting my food wall. Service was great as well as the atmosphere. This was our second time eatting here and the the 45 minute drive from our house will not keep us from visiting Blackburns BBQ again soon! Go and enjoy a delicious meal!

It is the best food around,great service, good prices I've never had anything bad, extremely clean,every time I have been there the owner always comes by your table and asks if everything is ok , very polite and friendly, I'm ready to try the steak I bet it's great. 👍

I'd love to give this place 5 stars because they had everything we wanted but everything on my plate was served cold. The garlic bread was not fresh. The banana pudding didn't have any bananas. The burnt ends were hard, dry, and cold. The sauces were great. The tea was fresh. We were 1 of 3 tables so being busy wasn't the issue. The service was OK. There was only 1 server. The price was high for leaving disappointed. The atmosphere was good, it felt like a nice bbq place. The restaurant was clean.

WOW…WOW…. That’s all my husband is saying… we found this place by chance… just driving by. We both said the same thing, that we’ve been to a lot of barbecue restaurants, but never anything like this absolutely great food !!!! real food!!!! And every one inside is very considerate and polite… GREAT service also!! A true rare find these days!!

Drove 40 mins to have dinner. One of my daughters being in a wheelchair. Waited outside IN THE COLD for 1 hour for a table. Not having accessible seating is not acceptable in today’s day & age. There were 5-6 tables that we could have been seated at all during our wait (as I watched from an outside window). I finally went in to ask to speak to someone in charge to give the person ideas to be more accessible friendly. A lady with red hair came out & said she was the manager. No apology- no solution. Not only was she condescending & dismissive, but uncaring that Blackburns lost future business & respect due to HER attitude.
Do better.
I would love to hear from the OWNER & see if this type of treatment is ok with him.
A 1 hour wait is absolutely unacceptable when we were quoted 10 mins. Come up with a solution, apologize, feel bad that you were not equipped for disabled people. But to dismiss us & be out right rude is NOT a good look for your business.
Back to The Smoking Ox we go- where we are always welcome & treated well.
