I've been coming here regularly since December 2023, and my girlfriend and I have always enjoyed our visits. Unfortunately, since the new cook has taken over, we've noticed a noticeable decline in the quality of the food. Today, we ordered takeout, and my girlfriend had the pho. She mentioned that the broth was bland and that the noodles tasted different—not in a good way. I ordered the grilled chicken with rice, and I was really disappointed. The rice was so hard it was practically inedible, and the chicken was extremely dry and lacked flavor. On top of that, the portion was noticeably smaller than usual—less rice, less chicken, and oddly, more salad—for the same price I normally pay. We’ve always appreciated this place, but the recent changes in the kitchen are starting to affect our experience.

Received my dinner but now my husband is left without food after already waiting 40 minutes for this order to arrive.

Do not order here, it's nothing like the Winter Haven location. Picked up take-out and they forgot half our order, plus messed up our drinks. Boba tea was waaaay too sweet, the pork was greasy and gross, and the noodles in the spring rolls were dry. The fried shrimp was good at least, but for a $70 order where we didn't even get half of it and most of it was inedible anyways, I'm not impressed.

Its a small Vietnamese eatery, may need some cosmetic touch up but food was good, I would give it 8/10 - I like the portion , not too much or overwhelming. Best on menu would be Pho and Grill pork-egg white rice ! 🍚 the chef even remembered us from couple of years ago, that was actually really sweet! ❤️

We ate here today and it was the worst experience since coming here in October of 2024. The server was the sweetest but the food tasted so different. The broth tasted like MSG and canned broth. Before I used to taste the real Vietnamese broth - I am Vietnamese and just moved to Eagle Lake in October and loved coming here. Our spring rolls were incorrect and chef kept making our order wrong and then a veggie bowl was brought out??? It took over 30 min to get our food. Not sure if we will come back with our family and friends.

Update: 6/1/25 Unfortunately, the man who cooked before no longer works there and it is really not worth going to eat. The food has no taste at all, I am a customer who visits that place every week and I am very disappointed. I asked the cook If he could fix the pho because It was bland and he told me he couldn't do anything else. The people in the other table complained about the same thing. I will never go again, I guess I have to drive to Saigon Garden.
I only have positive things to say about this place. The food is fresh and tastes delicious. I am a loyal customer, I go at least once a week. The owner already recognizes me and knows what I always order, he is very attentive and always offers excellent service. The Pho is one of the best I have ever tried, their egg rolls and spring rolls are also up to par, this is said by a person who only ate in Saigon Garden because it was the only place I liked it, but this place is 5 minutes from my house and the truth is that it is worth going around and giving them a chance. The atmosphere is relaxed and the place is clean. I have seen the owner cleaning his kitchen when the restaurant is empty, always trying to keep everything in order. I give them a 20/10, highly recommended!!desa

Was craving beef pho and this place hits the spot! Was so good I went there twice in one week. Enjoyed both the rare beef and oxtail pho. Reasonably priced, quality delicious food with friendly and prompt service. Ordered takeout to bring home to the family and they enjoyed the tofu pho and chicken spring rolls.
