So sad the cookie butter cloud latte is gone but so grateful for the employees that were working there today especially the guy working drive through. I tried to order the cloud latte but he told me it was discontinued but they still had the flavor and that they could make me something that was similar in taste and mannnn it was good.

Amazing place! I visit family in st johns and come through here all the time. They messed up on my order for the first time ever so I popped in. It was an oddity, no hot cocoa powder on the peppermint mocha, so I get that it could throw someone.
They were super gracious and explained it was just a new employee being trained and not familiar with this store's special requests handling. Super understandable! They fixed it quickly and I went on my way!

Worse customer service I’ve ever had at a dunkin Go here daily, but will now stop due to the worker named Sebastian being extremely rude and not willing to understand our order correctly, saying that the bagel has enough cream cheese on it and wanted to up charge for the same bagel.( as if four dollars for a fake bagel wasn’t already enough) We get every single day. We’ll post pictures. There was no cream cheese to even be found on the bagel will be contacting customer service to voice, our frustration/disappointment with this franchise/employee.

Love this DD, prefer it over the one in Palatka. Today I ordered a medium iced coffee w French vanilla @ 5:12 (it’s been months) but I received a small butter pecan, at first when she handed it to me I thought wow these drinks have shrunk, but my teen pointed out the sticker & I realized it was not mine lol, still good just wish it was bigger since I paid for a $4.27 or something. Service here is always great though!
I went through the drive thru and the person at the window was a young Hispanic woman. She was very friendly and respectful. I purchased an ice coffee with cream and 3 Splenda. It was perfect 👌

Tried multiple days and times to get donuts am always told they are out??? Really?? You’re a donut shop- Kristy Kreme you can always get. So sad we don’t have one here.

Iced Coffee is not worth it unless you go as soon as they open and get the first brew of the morning otherwise the coffee taste burnt. I have been coming here a while as i drive to the dunkin in east palatka for better quality and customer service but the last month it has went downhill.
