This was the nicest McDonald's I've been in in Florida they took time to greet us when we came in they came to our table and checked on everything great experience
I went into this McDonalds tonight and all the tables were dirty and I ordered some of the new chicken steps and that were as dark as a brown paper bag. I took them up to the counter and the employee immediately asked for the cook to make new ones and I said please give me my money back I don’t want new. She went back and came back and said we don’t give money back and I said can I please talk to the manager which should have come out and handled it to begin with. The manager came to the counter and I politely asked if he would eat them and he said yes. He said we don’t give money back it you don’t want them only if something is wrong and I said they don’t look like the picture and are dark and dry he said I will give your money back and then you will leave my store.

We went to McDonald’s. It was fast paced, but now we see why. First, they didn’t get my order correct I did not get my medium Coke. I said no lettuce on my McChicken. They put no mayonnaise. Add lettuce. Ordered a caramel frappe, they did not give it to us They said they cannot reprint our receipt which I know they can because I work at fast food myself and you can go back to any order. You need to go back to to see if that person is lying. Honestly, it all needs to be established better It needs a managers in there that actually care!!
