Service was very poor. We went through the drive-thru on 8/22/25 @7:46pm. The attendant was rude, dismissive, and looked like working there was a punishment. When placing the order over the speaker, they seemed like they were bothered that we did not want drinks with our food (we were traveling and had plenty of water, which we prefer over soda). At the pay window, the experience worsened. A sheer disrespect and disregard for paying customers. After waiting over 20 minutes for our order, we were missing several items and had to wait longer for them. I understand I’m not visiting a fine dining institution, but there should still be a level of customer service that makes one desire to spend their money at your restaurant. First and last time we’ll ever spend any money here again.

They had these poor employees working with no AC on a 96 degree day. It was so hot in the restaurant I could barely breathe. Management needs to do better for their people or close the place down for repairs.
Waited almost 30 mins for stale soggy food. I couldn’t even eat it. Also some of it wasn’t even the right item. 37 dollars for garbage
Pulled up with only one car in drivethru, lobby looked empty.. they told me they’d be with me in a minute, and almost 15 minutes later they still hadn’t taken my order…
As I gave up, and went to leave, the car that was ahead of me got tired of waiting for their food to be brought out too, and they pulled back up to the window..
This is literally the WORST fast food restaurant! Now I remember why I never go there anymore.
My husband and I went to the Palatka location on Monday (5/19) and went inside. The entire restaurant was hot. The employees looked miserable and agitated, though nice enough. We were informed they had no fries or Mac n cheese. We ordered 3 pc tenders with mash and coleslaw and a 8 pc family meal with mash and red beans and rice. We got home and realized the 3 pc tender was a leg, thigh and breast. The mash and gravy had other food in it and the biscuits were hard around the outside. Giving the benefit of doubt and maybe an off day, we went back on Tuesday and used the drive thru. We sat at the speaker for 15 mins and was never greeted. We finally drove around to the window where we sat another 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The manager saw us and held a finger up then disappeared for almost an additional 5 mins. Opened the window with an attitude, proceeded to tell us they were still out of Mac n cheese, fries and now biscuits as well. We ordered another 8pc family meal and the manager immediately and aggressively stated we don't have biscuits tho. We said that was fine since we wanted the second size to be a large. As someone who worked restaurant management for over 15 years, the least that could have been done was to not charge for the upsize of one side in replacement of the missing biscuits. Overall the experience was horrible. The food was understandable, sometimes restaurants just run out, but being ignored for 20 mins and the attitude of the manager for absolutely no reason was absurd. Stop putting people with zero customer service skills in these positions. Will not be using this location moving forward.
I Doordash here occasionally and would never be a customer. Tonight we came a little after 9 to pick up 2 Doordash orders. We tried the door but the lobby was closed. There was an employee at the counter on her phone. We pulled around to the drive thru and waited a while before someone finally said they only had chicken and would not be making any more food, and they told me to tell my customers to cancel their orders. There were 3 more employees outside on the sidewalk talking right outside the drive thru door. At least 5 more customers attempted to get food and were turned away in the time it took me to contact my customers.
The hours listed are until 10. I arrived at 9:25 and they would not answer the drive thru. The doors were locked. This is not the first time this has happened.

Slow isn’t even the word to use! I did a mobile order. It took me 15 minutes to get to the restaurant. I pull up tell them my mobile number and she tells me she has to park me for chicken. Wait 30 minutes nothing! Go inside and ask. And then she tells me they have to make the mac and cheese. Very poor customer service skills! No time management. Acted like it wasn’t a big deal I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes all ready.

My husband went at 4:00 p.m. and the location was out of cole slaw, red beans and rice and chicken strips. The drive through person said there MAY be chicken strips in the freezer, but they weren't sure, but if there were some, they would take a while.

Drive thru order. Was told to back up and pull into parking place to wait on food. Several others as well. Waited well over 30 minutes for someone to bring order out. Food was cold and bland. Fries were burned. By the time I left, the guy that ordered before me still hadn't gotten his order. There was a woman waiting as well that had been there even longer. Will not return. The girl that brought our orders out was pleasant, but the window team member had an attitude when taking orders and when things needed to be fixed or customers just wanted dipping sauces that weren't included in orders to begin with.
