Finally made a much awaited visit and was pleased. Great burgers that must be about half a pound and a serving of fries that could have been enough to share. We ordered both the cheeseburger and hamburger specials with 2 Cokes and was surprised it only cost $19.00 total. The decor inside is like nothing I've ever seen and was so unique. After I read reviews in the past I was aware that it would take a while to get our meal but it wasn't really that long,and I enjoyed the hustle and bustle of all the customers coming and going. This place does get very busy,after you dine there you'll know why. The service and staff were top notch and now I'm anxious to get back in the near future.

Walked in expected to try this place for the first time. Got our drinks right away ( which your not allowed refills ) then sat there for a hr waiting on our food. Was told they were just waiting on our sides, waited 20 more minutes. People who had reservations got there food before my party and we were there before them. Ended up going to the front counter to find out they hadn't even made my order yet. When I said I had been there waiting I got told to order ahead next time they are busy.

I went to meet a friend for lunch on Friday around 1115 am. The place was packed, and tables were reserved by calling ahead (a little weird; what if they didn't show). When people arrived, the girls up front would holler that “Jones” was there for the kitchen to cook.
I placed my order to go. A few minutes later, another gentleman came into order. They told him it would take about 45 minutes! There was no real place to wait inside without being in the way, and while I was there for over 30 minutes, there were 3 tables reserved that never sat.
I had the bacon cheeseburger with tots and was okay with a giant burger patty, but it was no better than anything I've had before. Stop by if you are in the area and don't mind waiting. My suggestion is to call ahead with your order.
It's a local favorite, and if I'm in the area and thinking ahead, I'll call to reserve—plenty of parking for the place.

No one cares that it took 5.2 seconds to be seated and waited on, but it took 1 hour and 8 minutes to get out after that. If you want to run a food truck, run a food truck (noticed most orders are called in) otherwise please wait on the customers that are in front of you.
