Disappointed there was no slot machines. Card tables for Texas Hold'em was good. Food was excellent.

FGCC needs to keep an eye on this place.
Hadn't visited this establishment since the the days of the active dog track. It now has a small room dedicated to card games. Not much to speak of. I played a short time at the 3 card table and left my money there. I was overall disappointed to see how the place looks so run down.
*Edit - They have cleaned up the stairs. No more buckets! No bet line on tables and they consider your cards the bet line, sort of. There is inconsistentcy in this rule, some dealers are strict about it and some aren't. It's a stupid rule that most players there hate. Also I 100% suggest the brownie a la mode...it's sooo good!
Play is good and most of the dealers are decent. They have both high hand and bad beat jackpots. The house drop is a little steep but comparable to Creek. Table service is good (loved the grilled cheese). Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Definitely room for improvement on the stairs coming in. The ceiling was leaking and they have buckets on the stairs to catch the water. Outside the track doors is pretty sad. Supposedly they are under construction but it looks like it has been that way for a long time.

In town visiting, thought I'd join a tournament. Started at 6. I walked in at 6:05 and was placed #12 on a wait list. It took OVER AN HOUR to seat me and they said they couldn't open a new table because they didn't have enough dealers. Because I got seated so late I was blinded out quickly and had no chance.
