Today March the 15th I ordered a chicken sandwich I took one bite and the chicken is actually black I tried to call the restaurant no one is answering the phone I tried three times I wanted them to let them know they need to check the chicken for somebody gets sick
WOW. They got the order right, and it was hot. Of course, they were out of things, but not what I wanted. I order maybe 1x every few months and never get what I order. This is monumental.

I went there for breakfast and I still cannot get used to the egg croissant it's just too greasy for me. I went through the drive-thru and the rudest woman helping me at the Edgewater facility in Florida let's just the most morbid lady that has ever served me. Thanks to that negative energy my day got off for kind of a crappy start!

The only good thing about this Burger King is Taylor. She greeted us kindly and took our order. However, they were out of fries, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and pickles. You might as well close the doors if you don't have the ingredients to make your sandwiches. Taylor go to Chick-fil-A. You are too good looking for Burger King.

I don't understand how this Burger King remains open after all the years of horrible service, this includes the lack of food (always out of something... fries, drinks, dessert, etc.) and the lack of care from the employees who should concern themselves with getting your order right, but most of the time they don't. I have always been a fan of the original chicken sandwich meal (even as a child). I was never really a big McDonald's fan (I'm still not, I'm not really a fast food fan period). That being said, I limit my visits here as much as possible, I ONLY go when I want to walk down memory lane which might be once every 4 or 5 months, sometimes longer then that. However, I know that I will most likely be disappointed and 9 times out of 10 I usually am. Fewer and fewer Burger Kings are located in this area and that's sad to see, but as much as I don't want to see Burger Kings disappearing from Volusia county, this one needs to either close or get a complete overhaul. Unfortunately, over the years I have seen some very slight upgrades and/or improvements, but with that being said, you can't fix the employees. The employees don't hesitate to let you know that they hate their jobs, whether they actually say it out loud or just by the way they interact with customers. I have even witnessed a manager conducting an interview with an applicant and he stated "You don't really have to do much working here, just come in when you can and fake the funk until you punch out" I couldn't believe I overheard that while filling my cup up with soda while I was inside waiting for my food order, because going through the drive thru is atrocious... You wait for an extremely long time to get food that is most likely not your order or your order is missing items from it, even when you are the only customer at the property at that time placing an order. The only thing I can come up with that keeps this place open is that it has to be a front for money laundering or something of that nature. The building and the parking lot are almost always empty. I know, that statement is a little much, but seriously how do they keep the lights on and the doors open with such horrible service? It can't be from my maybe twice a year order that is keeping this place operating, so what is then?

Was hesitant to try after reading the reviews of this location. Stopped tonight, both our burgers were hot, made to order and the fries were good also.
Terrible, atmosphere like a funeral, dirty tables and floor, unmotivated and angry workers, bad food, completely poorly made sandwich, terrible service.

They were short four people, but I didn't find out until I arrived to pick up my online order. Dining room was closed so I waited in the drive thru line which had a line of five vehicles in front of me. After about 20 minutes, I finally made it to the ordering screen and was told to come on up to the window. At the second window where I was to get my food, I was told to pull forward and my food would be out. It did come out and the lady was very nice. My order was to be ready at 5:55 and I got it at 6:20. Once home I checked my order and I paid for two bacon melts and the havsies. The melts had no bacon them and the bun was only toasted/grilled on one piece and one side! Even that little bit of toasting looked like it was burned. It was terrible looking. The havsies are supposed to be half onion rings and half fries. Problem was the onion rings were soft on the outer coating, they weren't crispy! And the ratio to fries to rings was way off we maybe got 8 fries and all the rest were onion rings! Really disappointed.

This place is a joke. Used drive thru tonight around 8 pm ordered 2 twelve piece chicken fries and a fish sandwich which the person taking the order confirmed and I paid. Get to the pick up window and sit there for five minutes with no one behind me and asked to pull forward which I did. Still no one behind me. Waited there for 5 minutes when the person that took my order came out and asked what I had ordered. Told him the order which he repeated to workers indoors on his headset. A few minutes later a worker comes out and hands me a bag with one 12 pc. Order of chicken fries and the fish sandwich. I told her that there was supposed to be two 12 pc orders of chicken fries so she went back in and a few minutes later comes out with the rest of the order. Get home and the fish in the sandwich is very thin and overcooked. Took one taste and threw it in the trash. Never again !
