I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for years, and today I experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever received here. After making a simple comment about the new payment procedure at the window, the employee—STEPHANIE—responded with clear irritation and said, sarcastically, “I’m sure my team will appreciate no tip.”
This was completely uncalled for. She had no idea that I normally tip in cash and often quite generously. I’ve given $40 tips on orders under $10. Her attitude alone was enough to lose a loyal customer.
I will not be returning to this location. I’ll take my business to the Chick-fil-A next door when it opens at 6:30 a.m., where the service is consistently professional.
On top of that, Rossen Reports recently investigated shrinkflation concerns with Dunkin’ iced drinks, which only adds to my disappointment with the brand.

Cold Brew is wrong everytime and I do not change a thing it’s on their menu it always has a burnt taste to it and I have to go back Everytime and it’s inconvienent this is the only location I hate going to but it’s close to home

This place is the worse. I love dunkin donuts but this place constantly screws up the order every time. No cheese, yet they keep putting it on it. I have pictures, it's rediculous. No cheese due to an allergy, yet they put it on it, it's simple. No cheese on a sandwich doesn't mean put extra cheese on it. Freaking stupid. Port Orange dunkin donuts never ever messes my order up, ever. Why ? Because they can freaking read a receipt. Absolutely stupid.

Terrible service!! I waited at the counter while the 5, yes 5, employees stood in the back chitchatting and complaining. They knew I was there. There were no other customers inside or at the drive thru!

EVERY TIME I come here the ice coffee is burnt! It’s the most sour tasting ice coffee I can’t even finish the sip without gagging. I even given this place the benefit of doubt and returned even explained to employees and asked to have the drink remade(came out if not more sour). Save your money don’t order here. Use to be a daily stop. Idk if this place isn’t cleaning their machines now or every morning the employees are burning all the ice coffee but don’t order it! Pay the extra buck at Starbucks they don’t serve sour coffee.
