We just came here for a couple of ice coffees and a sandwich. Quite honestly, our orders are usually messed up and this time it was perfect. Christian, the guy at the drive through window was super friendly and cool. Again, not always the case at this location. Christian should get a raise. So should the person that put more than one strip of bacon on my sandwich. Thanks Christian and kitchen person. Keep up the good work!

Edgewater Dunkin needs an overhaul. This place has gone down hill over the last several years. Before I start let me say that the day time Manager Haily and the team that works early mornings are amazing, always polite and does a great job. I live in Edgewater and have stopped coming to this establishment past 3pm. I drive all the way to beachside to get my afternoon/evening coffee. The evening shift that works especially the girl who says she is the manager idk if she actually is or not, the one with the extreamly long fake nails (I get creeped out when shes the one making my coffee just because I dont see how she can clean them proper after the bathroom and I don't feel like they should be allowed to be that long while working in a food industry thats my opinion) I have been there an hour before closing and they pretend they are already closed and they just hide. They refuse to wait for the coffee to brew all the way so they will give you the very first bit that comes out which to me always taste burnt and is super thick. It doesn't matter how simple the order is or how difficult it is you can guarantee they will mess it up. Tonight under my better judgement I sent my daughter there to pick up 3 coffees, now hers is a little more difficult due to it being a specialty frozen coffee but mine and my husband's are very simple. There were no cars and no one in line inside when she arrived and it was still a 10 plus minute wait.They had to remake my daughters because they completely forgot to add any flavor to it when she asked for them to fix it, the so called manager rolled her eyes and huffed at her and proceeded to storm off with an attitude (They did remake it correctly). Once my daughter arrived home I seen my ice coffee was full of sugar which I only use Splenda to due to medical reasons and my husband's had no sugar at all in it. Yes the stickers were correct. They are either just not able to follow directions or just lact attention to details. The total for this trip was almost 14 dollars i dumped mine out due to the sugar but my husband was able to add sugar to his and drink it. I did call to speak to the manger who refused to give me her name and told me I could call and complain tomorrow but had no issues telling me the other girls name and then said well I didn't make your coffee so I don't know what to tell you, then hung up on me. My advice to anyone who loves a good cup of Dunkin coffee to avoid the Edgewater location at all cost unless its early mornings and Haily is working. Just drive the extra few miles to beachside they always do an amazing job.

I left it a 3 because to 2 things the inside vents was leaking water and 2th some worker was on her phone when we walked in and she put it down and I got the sand bucket and she didn't switch gloves and that's some sanitize problem and the atmosphere was that good!

Ordered a Hot Chocolate, and instead of what I've gotten at other Dunkin Donuts, which usually more like a milk base with a nice thick chocolate flavor I got a water base with not nearly enough chocolate flavor. So it was just warm water with a terrible chocolate tinge. Fantastic

I have picked several orders from here. They are usually accurate. However, 2 times I had the wrong coffee and wrong meal. The staff is friendly and they work hard.

Super rude, horrible service. Forgot whipped cream that I paid extra for, then gave me sass when I asked for the whipped cream I paid for. Super ghetto.
Went on a weekday for my much look forward to Iced Latte, pulled up to the drive-thru...only one in line and after a long battle to hear the staff, found out their micro-phone was broken, couldn't hear the employee, drove up to the window and now told that their latte machine was broken, Really? A coffee shop that can't serve latte? The staff was friendly enough and apologetic but it really put a damper on my day and a waste of my limited time, needlessly. At a minimum, their should of been a sign put on the menu marque letting people know their microphone was broken and the latte machine as well.

Very nice place on the water. Unique view of dolphins in the wild. I have gone here both by land and boat. They have a great dock setup, which I've used several times. I'm not a huge fan of valet parking, which is the only parking option. I'm just not great at standing in line.
