Went on a weekday for my much look forward to Iced Latte, pulled up to the drive-thru...only one in line and after a long battle to hear the staff, found out their micro-phone was broken, couldn't hear the employee, drove up to the window and now told that their latte machine was broken, Really? A coffee shop that can't serve latte? The staff was friendly enough and apologetic but it really put a damper on my day and a waste of my limited time, needlessly. At a minimum, their should of been a sign put on the menu marque letting people know their microphone was broken and the latte machine as well.

Very nice place on the water. Unique view of dolphins in the wild. I have gone here both by land and boat. They have a great dock setup, which I've used several times. I'm not a huge fan of valet parking, which is the only parking option. I'm just not great at standing in line.

Went Nov 29th horrible service through drive through at 330pm kids lazy and rude overall they suck at there job.waited 10 min for them to answer I was first in line . God forbid that they do there job . This dunkin worst ever lazy workers . Overall sucky experience .
Very rude and unprofessional. Employees had AirPods in while I was trying to order food and got my order wrong go figure because they couldn’t hear me.

When is the men's bathroom toilet covered in feces sink has blood on it. Spoke with manager told her that it was disgusting and she just looked at me and nodded her head and didn't do anything. This place is not busy at all I can see why and I would never want to eat food if the bathrooms like this disgusting
