The fact that they have an employee there that is actively being rude to customers refusing to serve them, Is astronomical to me. I contacted the district manager. And she said she'd "look into it." Which most likely means nothing. She also said they would contact me once they come to a "resolution." I am more than happy to change/remove this review when that does happen but until then. Went in for an iced coffee and ended up with more cream than coffee. There was a staff member yelling at another employee working the register in front of customers and eye rolling which was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this Dunkin. I will not return to this location.

Food is never consistent but whatever. My main thing is the staff is horrendously unfriendly. I have never received a good morning even when I say it first, I never get a “have a good day too” when I say it first. They never smile and look like they hate everything and everyone. I ordered a large ice water this morning. They gave me a medium, so I politely let them know I asked for a large and gave it back (I usually wouldn’t do this, but they are charging for water now, so if I’m paying for a large, I expect to receive a large) she made such a stink about it. Huffed and puffed, slammed her hands on the table, and then got my water.I’m fine as I don’t take things like that personally, but imagine customers who have anxiety over asking to correct an order, how would they feel with that type of reaction? You are working in customer service. If you can’t put your personal feelings aside to provide a stranger with kindness and friendliness either go home for the day, or don’t work in customer service. I have been in CS for over 6 years and never once have I acted like this.If this was a one time thing ok I get it, people have bad moments. But I’ve been coming here for 6 years now, and it’s every* single person in that window who has acted like this. I’m done giving them chances. Do better Dunkin. I’m done with this place.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Over 20 minutes waiting time on average per order. Do yourself a favor order ahead 20 minutes before you plan to arrive.
I dont know if all the staff are as nice and fun as Leah and Bianca are, but they were definitely incredibly helpful and made the dunkin experience a good one.

Today I added a chicken sandwich with no cheese and a coffee. I got home, took a bite, and I thought it was a piece of rubber that I bit into. Nastiest chicken croisant i ever had. I will never order anything but coffee.

Danielle is such a sweet girl, and I think this is probably the third best dunkin in the Edgewater/New Smyrna area, but they have a lot of work to do. Sierra for instance is entirely too authoritative when it comes to her employees discussing things with the customers. I just want to have a nice conversation with Danielle but that’s just not something this establishment offers. My order is usually not correct and when it is, it tastes like you forgot to add the coffee to my water, or is it ice to my coffee? Figure it out, Dunkin.
