5⭐ for Nick!

I frequent Subway; especially this location. I often times go at night and I e seen the same employee there most night. He does a great job making my sandwich and he's a genuinely nice guy and works hard.

Tonight was one of those nights that I arrived shortly before closing and I generally try to avoid that because of all that needs to be done to close. I apologized to Nick for dropping in somclose to closing. Not once did I get any bad vibes; as usual, he mad an awesome sandwich truly defining the role of a sub artisan aka sandwich artist!

I stopped by this location at night and the experience was great ! the store was clean and the food looked nice and fresh. The night crew was friendly and patient and I didnt feel rushed even though it was an hour before closing.

every time me and my boyfriend come to the subway the past Three months the night employees are so disrespectful and the redhead has an attitude problem.. Huffs and puffs, Even tell him have a good night and he rolls his eyes. the dude with blonde hair and piercings was so mad he started throwing the sauces… they both complain about us coming in one hour and 30 minutes before they close… making rude comments clearly the night workers hate their job. should be fired.
It’s been Months since I’ve been there with good customer service.

I have been coming to this subway for years and lately I feel like they have really gone down hill. The last few times I have ordered from here the food has been disappointing. I don’t think I have gotten fresh bread from this location in over a year. It’s always hard as a rock and flakes into a million pieces likes it’s a croissant and you can tell the veggies have been sitting out for a while and are old. The subway in NSB is much better. Shame.

Worker too busy on phone with no one else here to make a order. Chips scattered everywhere. My boyfriend and I both asked to make food a meal but she said she didn't charge us for meal when we tried to grab drink.

I normally come here to eat when i begin work but this time when i came in it felt unpleasant. The employee named Jessie sure hates his job and sure made my sub the same way. He threw my sub together like i was a piece of trash. If u hate your job that much, go get another one guy. I definitely will be reaching out to management. That was so wrong how he treated a valued customer

What a horrible manager instead of trying to fix the customer's problem and seeing why the app on his end is not working Best to let the customer leave and not do business but that's fine there's another Subway in New Smyrna Beach that I will go to if I can't use the website so it would be. I didn't get his name but he is a male very unhelpful it's fine other orders are going through but mine so best to help someone to figure it out but nope let a customer walk away horrible manager

I placed my first ever pick up order from Subway before going on a boat for the day, and I am very disappointed to say the least. Just because I wasn't inside the restaurant to order my food, it doesn't mean that the employees should put the bare minimum effort into my making my food. I ordered 2 Philly Cheesesteak subs, and I had more mayo than meat on my subs. The pictures say it all. I am not ordering from there again.
