I placed my first ever pick up order from Subway before going on a boat for the day, and I am very disappointed to say the least. Just because I wasn't inside the restaurant to order my food, it doesn't mean that the employees should put the bare minimum effort into my making my food. I ordered 2 Philly Cheesesteak subs, and I had more mayo than meat on my subs. The pictures say it all. I am not ordering from there again.

I seriously don’t understand how this location can still be in business! The tomatoes on our subs were not only grossly old and mushy, they were actually greenish yellow! How can an employee not notice that?!????!! I started omitting tomatoes a long time ago but my husband ordered the sandwiches and brought them home when I noticed. Totally unacceptable! The sandwiches were DISAPPOINTING AND SHAME ON THE EMPLOYEE!

What are the footlong BMT sandwich through doordash only got a 6-inch instead of a footlong was paid for a footlong. Brought the receipt to Subway to get customer satisfaction. And was told there were too busy to go ahead and give customer satisfaction and rectify the mistake they made

They always have my food or at least 99% of the time, have my order ready for pickup and her courteous enough to remind me about chips and drinks because those are self-serve. Thank you for being on time with these orders.

Employee manually pressed “Ready” for my order which means it’s ready to pickup, I order 30 minutes ago. I get there after starting my break and i’m told that they just started making it because of a rush that occurred. I find it unbelievable that they are that incompetent and they waste time and lie on mobile orders. Waste of my break time. Also employee responses were cold.

When you order 2 subs to go that are suppuse to have a half pound of meat each, you expect to get that for as expensive as they are! Franchise owner is either a crook or needs to train their staff to do things proper! If you order online from Edgewater Florida store you can pretty much add 30 minutes to your stated pickup time

I spent $30 to have two footlongs delivered with the buy one get one 50% off deal. The monster and the Philly. I have never been more disappointed in my life. I even went back to the store to show them the miserable excuse for a Philly steak sandwich that they made me and they said sorry sir there's nothing I can do it's pre-portioned I can make you another one but it's going to look exactly like this one. This sub was $11...!!! NEVER AGAIN JASON!
