Every time I come here they mess up my order. Like I'm speaking Spanish or something. Over charge me and just plain rude and loco. I'll drive the extra 10 miles to the New Smyrna location. They never let me down.

I normally don’t do this but this place sucks every single time they cannot get it right family of four and repeat our selves 20 times to make sure it’s right corrected them couple more times not once steak comes out of my mouth and not only does the food suck but they don’t even try to correct there mistakes please close this place down it’s been a year of hopeing it would change and only gets worst

The food is DISGUSTING. I wish I had took a picture of it, but I got a crunchy beef taco last night and took one bite and the whole taco fell apart. It wasn't even hot, warm at best which means that it was definitely sitting somewhere for a little until given to me. This is not the first time i've had problems either. I love Taco Bell, but I'd rather travel out of the way if it means getting better quality food and service here. The workers always seem so angry when you come in, especially the night time people. There was a girl Lea that worked there when I used to go who looks around my age that would always talk to me while I waited for my food and was so sweet. I never see her anymore which is a shame since she was one of the few people who seemed to know what customer service is.

This Taco Bell location has the best staff hands down!!! They are always super friendly and have great customer service. Jessica Hailey is a great manager and her team with Zoey and the rest of the team are amazing! This is the best Taco Bell location in Central FL!!!!
