We spent more than an hour before receiving our lunches. Computers were down, so we waited 30 minutes to be seated. Servers didn't come to work, so we waited 30 minutes for our orders to be taken. There was no soap in the women's room, so how do the female employees wash their hands? The food was excellent; the server waa friendly. We will not be back again.

As expected, just so so. The appetizer came out fairly quick. That was all that was quick! Dinners took forever!!!! Over 30 minutes after the appetizer. Long time get drinks and longer for water! Server was polite but not very personal. Overall, worked in a pinch coming off the highway. Wouldn’t go back.

Ordered togo food and drove 40 min home to find bugs in the french onion soup bread. The health department needs to do a better job. Absolutely disgusting. If i could give it 0 stars i would. Idk how this place is still open.

I will never eat here again! I ordered the bbq boneless wings and got violently sick! I’ve been in bed for 3 days with nausea and vomiting and many other things. You guys really need to take food safety seriously as it seems some of your staff doesn’t have the knowledge to handle proper food protocols in your kitchen!!
We had a great meal here. The server was very nice and friendly. The food was very good. The restaurant was clean and busy. Great place to have a friends’ meet up or a family dinner.

Melissa was extremely great as a service staff. We used to come to this Applebee's quite often. It seemed like the only thing that had been updated was the floor . The food was to be expected, but the lack of cleaning that goes on in this place is worrisome. Men's restroom stinks , the corner booth we were seated at has trash in between the wall and seat. The wall is gross with fingerprints on the wall art and crayon marks. Back to the restroom, the door looks like it has never been cleaned
