Worst auntie Anne’s experience I’ve had, how do you have 15 cups of regular pretzel bites but nothing else to choose from and the wait time is 45 minutes smh hopefully you don’t lose to much money

Sean and his team our amazing. The atmosphere is amazing. I made a little mistake while I was there a few weeks ago and Sean went above and beyond. I'll be back because of that and of course because the pretzels our so good. 100 percent go get some pretzels

Not very inviting the employees but the pretzel tasted delicious
I also got the drink strawberry and lemonade and that was more disappointing than the lack of energy from the employees

My toddler cried all the way home because we were refused to enter at 6:50 when this place closes at 7pm. What a terrible way to treat a customer especially a child.

I received a buy one get one free coupo. When I went to redeem it at the store, the employee refused to honor the coupon because they ran out of that specific item. I asked for a substitution on another item and to honor the coupon but the associate refused. Why should it be my fault That they ran out of this item. They should have tried to make it right for the customer.

Expensive for us, rich, not very healthy to say the least.
Loved it here!!! Miss going to the local one that was not too far from my house.. now I have to drive like an hour or so if I want some!

Seriously overpriced. Taste great as it always has but at $7 a pretzel and $4 for lemonade its expensive to bring a family of 5 for a quick snack$70 tab for pretzels and a drinks is ridiculously over the top. Sam's Club sells almost the same pretzels hot and fresh for $1.00
