I received a buy one get one free coupo. When I went to redeem it at the store, the employee refused to honor the coupon because they ran out of that specific item. I asked for a substitution on another item and to honor the coupon but the associate refused. Why should it be my fault That they ran out of this item. They should have tried to make it right for the customer.

Seriously overpriced. Taste great as it always has but at $7 a pretzel and $4 for lemonade its expensive to bring a family of 5 for a quick snack$70 tab for pretzels and a drinks is ridiculously over the top. Sam's Club sells almost the same pretzels hot and fresh for $1.00

They always open late it's now 11:43am and it suppose to be open at 10:00 am. Employees in there but doors are locked nothing is made and in the window. So my thinking they just got here. Update I called the location and the employee said her manager will not be opening the store until 12:30. Smh after driving 15 miles

I recently got an order of the pretzel nuggets and they were delicious! The large size is probably enough for one adult, but if you plan on sharing with someone get ready to argue over which one of you ate them all within minutes!

There is something delightfully nostalgic about an Auntie Anne's pretzel. Tastes just the same as they did at my hometown mall when I was a kid. Buttery, salty goodness. It's nothing gourmet, but you know what you're getting when you come here and it fulfills that expectation.

I don’t know who you have working for you… or if this message will get to you.I walk into your store at the Ellenton outlets 4/10. The two young ladies helped the lady before me when it was my turn they walk away from me and never said a word. When I asked for help after waiting for them to acknowledge us they said I had to wait. I said I would just like the pretzels that were sitting in the little windows right here and they refused to help us and said we had to wait 10 minutes so they can butter pretzels. I said but I would like these right here and they refused me again.So we walked out.When we walked out the woman with dark hair shrugged her shoulders and laughed. So I took a picture of her and she was very proud and posed for me.I thought you should know.
