Asked if they had cake batter, the drive-thru guy said no. I said, can you suggest something like it? He said no. I said Ok can I have 1 scoop cookies n’cream (on the sign) in a waffle cone - he said no they are out and he will be with us in a minute (in an annoyed tone). It was 1 full hour before closing and NO cars were even in the vicinity but us. We drove off. So sorry we annoyed you with the money we wanted to spend at your business

This location has ice cream that has to be expired in their display case all the way back to Octobers flavor of the month from 2023. Pumpkin, peppermint, etc. Walked into this location last week for the first time to get a milkshake of their flavor of the month. The employee didn’t even know how to properly make the drink. The Beach Day milkshake is supposed to come with caramel drizzle in the cup at the bottom and graham cracker pieces at the top to look like sand and they both were given to us without the toppings. I asked where the toppings were and he said “what do you mean?” as the customer had to tell him how to properly make a drink at his own job. Whoever the manager is at this location really needs to dispose of the expired ice cream in their reach in and retail cases and have the employees watch their training videos again.

Everyone should verify the cup before they serve whatever you are getting because they tend to use dirty and reused cups to serve the ice cream. The quality control of there products is poor. They also do not allow you to taste the different flavors of ice cream they have before you purchase it. They also give you one spoon and you will have to pay if you want another spoon.

The floor was dirty and sticky. Also none of the usual flavors of BR were available. They didn't have chocolate, pralines or very strawberry. Absolutely bad experience.

More so.. Dunkin Donuts.. Ethan is a breath of fresh air w/ his dry humor. Reminded me of Comedian Steven Wright. He had me laughing the whole time w/ his upselling tactics. Also made my latte exactly as ordered and how I like it. After 45yrs within Customer Service, I can only see him as a valued asset! Ty!

Same as 99% of these comments if there was a zero star rating it would be my choice 5 dollars for one small scoop of plain vanilla ice cream when I asked for peanut butter sundae

Rude staff 740 pm Friday June 9th. What a kill joy, in an ice cream store.! Truly, the only way to mess up buying and enjoying ice cream, angry rude staff!!. :/ - Enjoy

Won't go back. 3 employees at the front (nobody greeted us) and they were arguing over who was gonna wait on us because nobody wanted to. Tried to order a strawberry banana smoothie....they are out of bananas. They did make us a strawberry one (and the girl working didn't know how to make a smoothie). Asked for a cookie dough in a waffle cone...no waffle cones. So we asked for it in a cup. No spoons available for us after ordering 2 ice cream cups, instead they gave us forks. Go to register to checkout...incorrect change given (not sure it wasn't intentional). Lack of training is apparent and lack of respect for customers was definitely apparent. Would definitely avoid this location.

Ok I waited 3 cars deep to order a chocolate shake. When I got to order I was informed that the guy can’t make shakes. Offered me a iced coffee. Really, this is an ice cream shop right? Not the first time. At least 10 times now. Keep giving our local businesses a chance. Other times was in the evenings to find out they have no chocolate. I honestly think the owner might check on your employees or get more. Someone’s not working.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The fact your store would take a poor untrained kid and leave him alone overnight to run a business is absolutely ridiculous. I get the staff shortages, but then close your store at night. He messed up all three items we ordered because no Ice cream is labeled & he couldn’t even do a refund. He was super friendly and super upset that he couldn’t help us. He tried his best and it was heartbreaking to watch. It’s sad how greedy your company is. This isn’t about the money. I own several businesses myself. We drove from Ruskin. Waste of a trip. That kid needs a raise and proper training. I hope he leaves your poorly managed store for a better opportunity!!!
