First and foremost you really need to reevaluate your team members.. the hostess doesn’t even wanna be there and is not inviting or cheery. The waitresses don’t even look like they want to work there, they don’t pay attention to what you order or repeat it back. You have to yell to get their attention more than once and seem like you’re bothering them to ask for what you actually ordered. They don’t come to check how you’re doing or if you want a refill of your drink. Under the table had somebody’s pizza and other food that dropped. Honestly it should have been cleaned up properly before seating anyone.

I sat down at the bar to order/ eat. Was sitting there for a bit. Another couple came in and sat down at a table much later than myself. As I’m waiting to be served. The waitress helped the other tables. Skipping myself. Poor service. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

Gonna be honest I forgot the name of our delightful food and beverage provider, she was awesome though if she can get rewards feel free to ask me more details to find her name, but fajitas were delicious, and so was the beef queso. Bill for three was 100 dollars with tip included no alcohol purchased, not terrible pricing especially if you get some of the specials.

She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. Her positive energy and great service really stood out — definitely the kind of person who makes you want to come back. We’ll absolutely be returning because of her!

Their site said pick up at 8:23, but didn't get a text until 8:44 that the order was ready. Also feel free to park anywhere including handicap if you're not handicap, or in the three To Go order spots which were taken by people that were dining in. Food wise, it's Chili's, it's average at best. The golden days of Chili's and Applebee's from the nineties, were left with the nineties. Hadn't had Chili's in over 2, so I figured why not. I always set myself up for disappointment

So long day so therefore I ordered online to have an order ready to be picked up at 4:00 p.m. it stated it would be ready by 4:05 and would text me when my order was ready so I can come in and grab it. At 4:10 we went in and got it it was already ready sitting there getting cold. We got home open the food it was so cold it wasn't worth a darn. And I finally got the text at 4:31 I would definitely not suggest going this route to order any food from Chili's. And I promise I will never do it again
I’ve read through a lot of the negative reviews of this location and honestly I can’t wrap my head around them. We went here tonight for the first time and are huge Chili’s fans. This by far was the cleanest location we have ever dined in. To top it off, despite being very busy, we were seated right away. The Taft were kind and very attentive. Service was very fast and accurate and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The manager stopped by several times to ask how things were and even brought our appetizers themselves. When a table left it was cleaned quickly. Despite several small children in the restaurant, there wasn’t a speck of food on the floor. An empty plate or cup placed at the end of the table was scooped up within less than a minute. Great place and we will definitely be frequenting this location again and again.

The menu was lacking, it was very loud, the food was just ok. You get exactly 4 napkins for two people and the silverware comes in a little brown bag. The service was good. Did not feel like I got what I paid for. The kiosk at the tables takes your payment which is very impersonal. I don't plan on going back.

Dee and Gabriel were absolutely top tier. Accommodated all requests, despite the odd nature of them. They were on top of refills, and genuinely treated us to the best dining experience of my life!! When I visit next year I’ll definitely be making sure to make a stop at this very chilis. So happy we decided to come here tonight!!!
