We have always loved Chilis, no matter which location we visit. It’s a comfortable spot with consistent food and a warm atmosphere. We recently moved down the street to this location, and we’ve been a few times. Great location, plentiful parking, perfect lighting, ample seating, great food, and good service. However, tonight, we had the pleasure of being served by Jasmine. Personable, attentive, and impressively proactive with refills on chips and drinks. As a retired server, I love feeling taken care of without being a burden. Corey the manager came by after to ask how everything was, and that also just topped off the whole experience. Chilis is stepping things up! We’re so happy to live next to this location 👏🏻

I don't even know where to start with how bad my visit was!
We sat at the bar and the first thing we were told was that they are out of chips. Not what we went there for, but how are you out of your chips?
I ordered the BBQ pick two thinking they can't mess that up. I had to spit out a piece of chicken because it wasn't cooked all the way through. Next thing that was bad was the meat on the ribs was sooo dry it was hard to eat. Even the wet nap wasn't wet! Haha
We didn't think it could get worse. I haven't had the dessert there in years, so I was looking forward to the Molten. The top wasn't even hard to were is breaks an on top of that there was no lava in it!!
Not sure how chilli's has fallen so far but they have. Even the liquor shelves looked like they needed to be restocked.

Server went out of her way to ring up my food as a combo I didn't see instead of charging me for each one individually even though it would've ended up being a smaller tip for her (though we definitely made sure that wasn't the case before leaving 🤣). Amazing service!

We went here on Sunday with a party of 15 for a birthday celebration and they did AMAZING. They got a table ready for us very quickly with no hesitation. I would also like to give major props to our server, she handled our table like it was nothing. She was constantly refreshing drinks/chips/salsa and making sure we were taken care of. Food came out quickly and it was all delicious!!! Thank you Chilis team for making my sons birthday dinner a good one!!!

Everything was perfect, the food taste amazing and the service was excellent. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the door in the men's bathroom stall does not lock. I had to stand in front of the door so no one walked in on him taking a 💩. Fix it and I'll fix my rating to 5 stars!

Our server Arik was hands down one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Attentive, knowledgeable, and somehow amazing with both a teenager and a 3 year old. Chili’s is basically sacred to us because they’ll give me crispy bacon … the ONLY thing my autistic 3 year old will eat, and it’s the only restaurant my teenager will willingly leave the house for. No pressure. We ordered chips & salsa, moved them out of the way when food came, and when my youngest started acting up, Arik reminded us it’s bottomless and asked if we wanted more. I asked for a small portion because I hate wasting food and it was just to see if my toddler would try it. This man brought me an ACTUAL small bowl. I almost cried. When I mentioned my son’s autism, Arik was incredibly understanding and helpful without making it weird or performative. Just calm, kind, and clearly knows his stuff.
10/10 service. 10/10 human. Promote him, protect him, give him a raise!!!!

Honestly really annoyed. We tried to place an order for pick up at 10:30online and it didn’t let us, so I called and the guy I talked to (Brian) said to come in and order in person so we go in (we live less than 5 min away) was there by 10:40 and the doors were locked. I guess they close at 11 but considering we were taking it to go and the person on the phone literally told us to come in to order really annoyed me to find the doors locked.

We go to a lot of Chilis locations from Sarasota all the way to the Orlando area. This location is by far the best we have been to. Servers and staff were awesome! Super friendly, fast and efficient! Food was fresh and cooked perfectly, even my kids tenders were juicy and not dried out like other locations. My daughter who is overly picky ate everything and said it was good. Not sure why this one has 3.9 star rating, it should be higher. If you get Arik hands down best server!! He was literally the best part of the visit!! Whatever this store manager is doing great job, others should take note. This was also on a Saturday evening at a busy time.
