charge me extra for extra portions and when i picked it up it was very little potions like very little and then in my bowl there’s a blond hair in my food that very disgusting and i’m not happy with this service at all !! oh and how about making a way to contact the store instead of talking to some useless

I have been to chipotle’s all over the country this is by far the worst one I have ever been too. The girl was cussing saying she hate customers was throwing food around. Manager said if I didn’t like it I could call a number for a refund and go elsewhere with attitude they were made me wait 20 minutes and then gave me my food after I asked 3 times it was just sitting there and front guy was laughing about it . it was absolutely a horrible experience I would recommend nobody Bradenton it’s far for us Parrish people but there they actually treat customers with respect

The smoked brisket was dry and chewy. Also had an off flavor. The chips were stale. For a 17+$ burrito they made a small one. Which I didn’t mind at the time because the brisket was gross but much smaller than any chipotle burrito I’ve ever had. And for 17+$ 😡 super disappointing. Most likely will not be coming back to this location.

I ignored the bad reviews and went anyway. Regret it. Place is ran poorly by a bunch of teenagers. Food is out of stock and nobody cares to replace it. They don’t portion it properly. They also take forever to get to you. Someone was making my bowl and stopped halfway through and I was just left standing there for quite a while before someone else picked it up and finished it. And obviously I was left with a terrible product, as they were out of many items, and didn’t portion it correctly. It was not worth what I paid for. Don’t come here.

I did an online pickup order the guy at the pickup window was very nice HOWEVER!!! I ordered a bowl I had no idea chipotle started serving kiddie bowls because this was outrageous!!!! There was a teaspoon of rice a teaspoon of veggies a teaspoon of corn and everything else I ordered. When you try to call NO ONE answers!! Extremely disappointed because this location was not even busy!!!!!!!!!

This is the most unclean, disorganized, and grossest Chipotle in America. I live down the road and have tried so many times... Today, there was brown lettuce (see photo), food all over the floor, and every table was dirty. Never walking in again.
Nothing like waiting at the drive thru window for twenty minutes to even be acknowledged. Then when you tell them your name they give you a small cold overpriced burrito. Always a joy chipotle.

Worst experience ever, they had nothing in stock and dropped my queso on the floor and were playing around telling someone else to pick it up, i wanted a burrito and they said no tortillas in stock but there was some in the back and it was all a mess and the slowest customer service in the world and huge attitude problem, and would forget everything i said when i ordered and had to keep repeating myself, again like i said he dropped my queso, 100% would not recommend. Very disappointed. if i could give a negative review, i would.

Wish I could give a negative star count! Absolutely horrible location, despite coming several times with high hopes nothing has changed. It is Absolutely filthy, trash all over the floors and overflowing. They NEVER have the line stocked or salad dressing yet around 6pm is when famalies are purchasing dinner, why is there nothing ever available? The employees all act like customers are a bother and are beyond rude, not to mention they blast inappropriate rap music so loud they cant even hear what you are trying to order based on what they have available.Extremely unfortunate being there are not many food options available on 301.
Portions are smaller than they used to give heaping spoons now it's barely full spoonfuls!
