Literally the worst experience I’ve had. We ordered a big order for a family of 9 and gave them 20 mins before we picked it up. First off, When we went through the drive thru to pick it all up at the appointed time, they told us they ran out of food and it will be a little bit before we receive it. Half an hour later… still waiting in the parking lot. we decided to go check and see if it was ready. STILL had to wait longer inside AS people in the line inside were getting there food within a minute??????Absolutely ridiculous. To top it off, they got every single one of our orders wrong. One of those orders being an order with an allergen. The worker literally told us they were out of corn tortillas, so Instead of asking, they put her taco on flour tortillas DESPITE HER BEING ALLERGIC TO GLUTEN. Extremely carless in my opinion. Lastly, they gave us a measly little bag of chips and guacamole for waiting almost an hour. Will never be returning to this awful location. Management needs to do something.

I don't know the name of the manager who was working tonight was but he was beyond rude. He was yelling at the other employees and barking at the customers.Im not sure what his problem was but tonight he needed to settle down ,I can't believe the rudeness from him.I walked out.Worst customer service from any Chipotle I have ever been too.He was dictating everything and yelling and barking.Please get him help.

The workers are friendly. The food is pretty good. The restaurant? is gross. Crew wear ball caps and their hair is not tucked up in them. Hair is moving freely as they run around working. Maybe wear hair nets? Tables were dirty. The work station floor is wet and has garbage on it. The drink station had so much ice everywhere. Surfaces were all wet. This was the second time I have been here before so it doesn't seem a one off experience.

Very dirty location. Team members rarely clean tables or the drink station. If you want more protein, get walk in. Online orders will receive way less meat. Food is cold.

Told my wife qdoba and not chipotle. We have covid and I mentioned effort here sick from this place. Well we got semolina while having Covid. Great time. Do not eat here go to qdoba or authentic Mexican.
