The manager is rude and refuses to refund me when they got my order wrong the customer service is bad and she is making everyone around her have bad customer service

Ordered two decaf expresso drinks and after paying I was told the machine wasn’t working so I had to choose something different. I asked for a refund and the two baristas said they cannot give me one. I asked to call the manager and they said she didn’t answer. Horrible service, attitude, and sad to see such a decay in a Dunkin location.

What in the world are y'all even doing?!?!?! Currently sitting in the drive thru line, it's been 15 minutes already and I'm still waiting to order!!!! I've watched an employee come out the side door and go to her car to grab a drink out of her trunk while there's a massive line outside. She didn't seem to care one bit!! Unbelievable!!! People come here to get their coffee on the way to work and then realize they're stuck in a line for 20+ minutes!!!! I used to work at Dunkin in my early 20's and we never had a line like this!!! WHERE'S THE MANAGEMENT!?!?!

My boyfriend and I came in with our 2 friends for a quick breakfast before an event. The store was empty besides 2 other people who were already eating. we ordered and our friends got there food within a couple moments. however, we waited 30 minutes, turns out they never even started our food, the guy making food just was walking around staring at the screen, so the worker who took our order had to go make our food after we said something, and they gave it to us frozen. They refunded my boyfriend thankfully for his frozen food. But that was insane.

if i could leave 0 stars i would, me and my girlfriend came here and it took them 30 minutes to give us our food and my ham and swiss croissant was fully frozen in the middle and burnt on the outside. i normally never leave reviews but this is ridiculous, somebody needs to do something about the people who work here. 2 people working and there isn’t any sort of wait or anything. 30 minutes for a ham & swiss , egg and cheese bagel, wake up wrap. if we knew it was going to take 30 minutes i would’ve left or gone back there myself and made my own food which wouldn’t have been frozen in the middle. this place sucks.

Worst Dunkin of all time. Took 24 minutes for a bagel, wake up wrap, and ham & cheese croissant to come out. The one guy with a black beanie was standing at the screen staring at it for 15 minutes then proceeded to scratch his nose with his gloves on and continue to make food. The croissant came out completely cold. Would not recommend to anyone and will never be back. It’s also interesting how there are 600+ reviews and most of them are one stars. The poor lady at the drive through was also there for at least 15 minutes while we were standing waiting for our food. The dining room is absolutely filthy with crumps all over the floor, what appears to be black smears across the walls, and dirty tables. This is the nastiest, slowest, dunkin I have ever been to.
