Awful. Never any donuts. Walked in and there were 4 cars in drive thru. Took a bit for anyone to acknowledge us, said they’d be with us in a minute. Only 2 people working. Waited for them to do the 4 orders that were in the drive thru before us. Waited while they took another car that came after us. THey both looked at us and we still waited. They took another car and we were still waiting. We left and went to the Dunkin up the road.

Most definitely the trashiest and unprofessional Dunkin I’ve ever visited. Staff yelling back and forth and swearing and talking about the customers they served. It was the manager who was most unprofessional and swearing. Gross.

Received Dunkin Donuts coupons in the mail. I live less than 2 miles from Dunkin Donuts. Took a coupon to the store, only to be told they were for other locations, not this one. What? Stop sending me your junk mail! Irritating way to start my day.

Would leave zero stars if I could. We had to leave the inside of the store and go thru the drive thru due to not being helped. Was handed a crumpled up wad of napkins. Got home, my order was wrong and the donuts were not fresh, they were hard. Are the old donuts saved for drive thru? Totally pissed and will not go there again. Horrible experience

Katelin with her long eyelashes customer service was horrible. I contacted cooperate to inform them if the issue where I ordered 2 coffee and both had coffee beans in both cups. This is privately owned so I’m waiting for the owner to reach out to me. I consumed so much coffee beans that I’m on my way to the hospital. Adding pictures so everyone can see how unsanitary and unprofessional this establishment is

I’ve been living in the area my whole life so it’s convenient for me to come to this location until today… I know this location hasn’t been the best but I try to be understanding. I got 2 drinks today a medium and a large and total was gonna be just over $12 I got charged $17 I didn’t think of it until I got out of the drive thru.. I went inside to speak with the guy who took my order and told him that I was overcharged so then he was working on trying to refund but which he had no idea what he was doing. Tried calling his manager while pushing buttons on the screen I swear it felt like FOREVER! Finally got my refund but it wasn’t my full refund so I just said forget it and decided that I’m never coming back to this location again. Dude didn’t even apologize for his mistake??♀️

The location seems newer but they don’t have the basic supplies…car carrier for when one buys multiple drinks…it seems that drive thru takes priority over the customers inside.
Dear God, Sunday morning and these people are out of half the menu. They charged over 70 dollars for 4 sandwiches, munchkins and a dozen donuts. I say that because they didn't put multiple items ordered in my to go bags. America may run on dunkin but this one is crawling its way through mediocrity.

I couldn’t get waited on in the drive thru so I went inside. I couldn’t get waited on inside either. There was no one behind the counter. I could have robbed the place.When I got to the counter, there were no donuts! No donuts….. in a donut shop, no donuts. What a terrible place. Does the owner even have a clue about the lack of service?
