I’ve made myself a regular here in the last month, and everything about this location is great. The staff has been very welcoming and quick to recognize me, which just makes me want to continue my visits more! In a weekend morning rush they brought my drinks to me directly, which they absolutely didn’t have to do but going that extra mile was so sweet. The vibes are great, very lively and welcoming to come and do work at in the morning. And of course the food and drink is good, it’s dunkin, it’s going to be good. Overall if someone was to ask me if they should come here or a certain green coffee house across the street, i’d recommend here faster than you could blink. Even their coffee is great at this location! absolutely on par if not better than competitors. I will absolutely continue to make myself a frequent flyer here, and i am sure i will continue to be treated wonderfully.

Four years ago I wrote a negative review about this location. I never went back to this location or any other Dunkin locations. I was done shopping here. This year someone gave me a gift card. So I decided to use it. I went in here and waited by the ice cream section for 5 minutes. Four employees in the back, granted 1/2 were working, no one would acknowledged me when I entered the store, no one would give me eye contact at the ice cream counter. So I though that maybe I had to pay for it before and then they would give me what I wanted. There was no one at the register either. An employee would get close to the register but would never come to it. After another 5 minutes I left. These locations are completely focused on drive through. They are horrible at customer service in their lobby's. I gave away my gift card and will continue to never do business with Dunkin again for life.

Literally the single worst Dunkin ive ever been to. Multiple times they’ve messed up orders, wait times are brutally bad, and staff members are not helpful. There’s another Dunkin 2 miles down the road that is totally worth the extra detour

After some vigorous shopping, cravings led me here. I'm traveling and needed a sweet treat😋 Stoney and Joniel were friendly, funny, and worked as efficiently as anyone can during a lunch rush. I witnessed several customers growing inpatient because of the rush and they kept their cool and served in excellence‼️I've worked in fast food/ hospitality as a Manager for 5+ years. If you can make a pregnant woman happy you're definitely doing something if not everything right. Thanks💕

Ordered a five dollar meal On the app… The wake up wraps were on the pick up rack in a relatively reasonable amount of time.. But my hot coffee wasn’t there. Trying to get somebody’s attention was like flagging down in Indy car… Finally, he comes, I tell him I have my food, but not my coffee. He makes me an iced coffee… I ordered hot. It was hot and I was Not in the mood to wait anymore, so decide to just take it. No complaints about the quality of the food… Even the iced coffee, Which I don’t normally drink , was made well. However, there were no straws, no napkins, no salt, and no ketchup.

Always out of donuts only has four flavors of ice cream and then never the flavor you want. The wait time is insane. In line at driveway 15 mins with no motion then went inside and waited for another 15 for 2 ice coffees, came out and still the same people in drive thur. This place is horrible. .From now on, I'm just gonna go across the street and pay the extra 5 bucks for coffee and good customer service. I ordered a dozen of munchkins, and this is what I got and paid for...looks half eaten.

Literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It took us more than twenty minutes to receive two coffees and two wake up wraps, and the order was incorrect when received - I didn’t complain because it wasn’t even worth it. Would’ve taken another twenty minutes to have anything corrected. My coffee was not even full when received, and when I asked for a water, the guy looked at me, walked the other way, and went to the back instead of even responding. I used to be a server, so I am VERY lenient with customer service. This was absolutely absurd.
