The food was very average, the soup was watered down and it was boiling hot. They charge way to much! The pricing of a full service restaurant for a takeout place. Do NOT recommend.

very odd. you have to order and pay as you walk in. they prefer you to take your order and leave. if you decide to dine in....food brought on cafeteria tray and take out containers. very unwelcoming. will not eat here again. also expensive. to do it over again....would have just gone to the food court in outlet mall. food quality would be the same

The food was SO GOOD but the service was quite the opposite. After being seated the server rudely said that we had to walk to the front counter, order or food and then pay BEFORE we got anything. They only had low sodium soy sauce so I walked over and asked her for some regular soy sauce. She DID NOT EVEN RESPOND. She just walked away and eventually brought us one small to go container of soy sauce (for a $20 sashimi appetizer, a roll and hibachi). Our ENTIRE meal came in to go containers. Even the cutlery was plastic. I had to find her to ask for refills too. She was one of THE WORST servers I have ever had wait on me. The food was definitely worth the 5 stars but the service was less than -1 star so I average them out.

Had Hibachi steak and chicken. Food was good but the dining in experience was not. Is was self service and maybe due to Covid… but $2.50 a drink and not one refill is high. All the food comes in take out containers. You order at register and pay before food. Our food came out on a tray and the tray was left on our table for empty take out boxes of food we finished. Our bill was @$84 for three dinners, two drinks, and one glass of wine the same as an actual hibachi grill with entertainment. I really wanted to frequent this place, I first tried three months ago with a friend and definitely not the same dining experience as tonight the service was good and there was actual plates.

Price is higher compared to other sushi restaurants and you don't get as much food for what you pay here. I wish they had regular soy sauce, the less sodium has no flavor. The rolls and hibachi were fresh and tasted wonderful.

The sushi was pretty good. The miso soupwasn't very flavorful. We ate in the restaurant, but our meal was served to us in take out containers, & we weren't given plates. It was pretty no frills.

Steak Hitachi was ordered rare and was cooked well done. It was also grizzly, cheapest steak ever. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN.

Clean atmosphere, my husband and I were greeted at the door by Linda. I got 3 sushi rolls and my husband got the hibachi lunch specials. It came with soup and salad and it was super filling. 100% will come back here

Worst experience ever and absolutely ZERO customer service. Definitely not worth the money. Will not be going back. The best thing there was the fried cheesecake which I’m sure came in a box.
