I am extremely disappointed with how this location operates and, more importantly, how people are treated here.

First, as a DoorDash driver, the wait times are consistently unacceptable. Orders are regularly 30 minutes or more past the expected pickup time, even when the restaurant appears fully staffed. During that time, drivers are losing income and opportunities to complete other deliveries. This level of delay is unwarranted and shows a lack of respect for delivery partners’ time.

Second, I personally witnessed a manager (photo attached) behave in a shockingly rude and dismissive manner toward an older customer who calmly asked for a sundae that had been forgotten. The customer was polite and patient, yet the manager slammed the item down and walked away without a word, not even giving him time to ask for a spoon. What made this even more disturbing is that the customer was a veteran, and he was treated with complete disregard. That type of behavior has no place in customer service, especially from someone in a leadership role. That poor man has done more for his communities than ANYONE in the McDonalds restaurante. She clearly has a authority complex where her own staff hates her.

Additionally, the overall work ethic at this location is deeply concerning. Several employees appeared disengaged, unmotivated, and uninterested in doing their jobs. I observed staff standing around, contributing little to nothing, while orders continued to back up. At one point, an employee even openly talked about leaving mid-shift. The lack of professionalism and accountability is glaring. The amount of cuss words that are said every time I come into that place when kids are present shows an immense amount of lack of consideration!!!

This is a decent neighborhood, and establishments like this should be held to higher standards. Jobs should go to people who want to work, care about customers, and understand basic professionalism. Right now, this location reflects poor management, poor training, and poor attitudes across the board.

I would strongly advise management and corporate to reassess their leadership and staff expectations, because the current experience is unacceptable for customers, veterans, and delivery drivers alike.

There is so much more I can say but I think my post captures a bit of everything. I really did have 30 minutes just observing all of this and trying not to go off. I knew it wasn’t going to do anything. Similar how I know corporate won’t do anything, even though they see these post. They will also suggest a link. Please don’t send… I’ve wasted enough of my time posting this.

***update where do I start, soda machine broken, nobody speaks English, dull new atmosphere design, long wait, I miss the old McDonalds this version SUCKS!!
Just paid over $2 bucks for a reg tiny burger that used to be 89 cents, meanwhile I can't even wash my hands in the bathroom because the sink doesn't work. Everything else gets worse and your prices are over inflated by over a 125% pure greed.

So I order at the kiosk two hamburgers and a large sweet tea. The order was to go. I sat down and waited 25 min later still didn't call my order. A group of young kids came in ordered and got there food in 5 minutes. Two damn burgers and a sweet tea. The inside was not busy at all. Not hard to do. After I saw that I yelled to get a manager and had a Karen moment to which I asked for a refund I didn't want the food just my money back so I could leave. I got my money and left. This is a new McDonalds but if your staff is crap your business is then associated to crap. Fix this location it has potential. Send in undercover boss or something and see how crap this management is.

As a door dash delivery driver, no one checks on your order if you arrive and They give you attitude if you try and ask about your order. The manager gave me attitude , or what seemed like it . They wore a green polo.

Staff was cracking jokes and cursing behind the counter As well as admitting that they don't know what they're doing and just laughing at their incompetency

By far, probably the worst McDonalds in America. Drive thru with barely any line takes 30+ min to get your and I’ve been at least a couple times and without exaggeration every time there is something wrong with the food. I recommend eating anywhere but here.

I have only great experience from this Mc Donald's! I eat my work lunch here frequently. One of the ladies always walks up to all the costumers eating inside and asks if everything is alright and if we are happy.
I never had a problem with any orders. The place is clean and fast. The drive through seems busy too, but well organized.

Showed up at 8:30 all the lights were turned off in the parking lot. I needed a flashlight to find my way into the building. Manager shuts the lights off so that nobody comes inside. Young kid gave me an ice cold apple pie and got about half my order. Unfortunately, I don’t think his elevator goes all the way to the top floor. cheeseburger was good though.

Employees are incapable of monitoring their ordering lanes for customers and allowing line skippage and time delays aswell as rude responses when brought aware of inconsistence . Management needs to do a better job of allowing timely orders for a fast food restaurant and not delay customers in the ordering lane for negligible time.

What a disappointing experience I had with this location and it’s only my second time coming here. For one I ordered through the drive-thru and my drink was a large sweet tea lemonade. I found an eyelash in my drink which is quite disgusting but I didn’t get too upset about it. What I’m mostly disappointed in is that when I went back inside to express my concern, what it looked like to be the manager (she wears glasses and has braces) and two cooks, my presence was not acknowledged. Both cooks looked at me in my eyes and did not even greet me. The cooks even told the manager that I was at the counter and she didn’t even turn around. I am grateful for the third person that came and helped me exchange my drink. May want to rethink who is in charge there.

every time i order from here i always end up with missing items. pick up and delivery.
and when it’s delivered they say oh you can come in store and fix it or there’s nothing we can do about it. well first if i got it placed as delivery it’s for a reason. either no way there or Working. So I work in fast food and i know how easy it is to fix YOUR mistake. and also i wouldn’t be on here if this was my first time. it’s like my 30th time with these people ALWAYS messing up

Its a shame you can't give negative stars.
Worst McDonald's we've ever been in. They had 7+ workers and it was still the slowest and worst service ever. Every customer was upset and waiting 20+ minutes for cheap, old food.
They dropped food on the ground and picked it back up. The place was filthy and half the workers were just messing around .
We waited 40+ minutes for our orders, just for it to be wrong and incorrect. All the drink machine choices were out too, half tasted like cleaning products.
Eat somewhere else.

I waited in line for more than 30 minutes. They were averaging one car every 5 to 6 minutes I gave up when I’m still six cars from the window. I would not recommend this McDonald’s until the new wears off.
