Ordered online ahead of time because I didn’t have much time. I opened the bag and it was half unwrapped and stale by touch. The fries were barely warm. Only thing that was good was the sweet tea. I threw everything away when I arrived at my destination. I’ll make sure to never come to this McDonald’s again.

It's a McDonald's. You get just as much as you'd expect out of one. It's not trashy or dirty like most however. The people are decent if you catch the right ones. The food has never been below their standards in my experience. Quick, easy, and cheap. That's what's important if you're looking to eat from here.

This is located in Ellenton, Florida. I ordered on the mobile app in the parking lot then I went inside to pick it up. I saw my number on the screen. My husband ordered from the kiosk. My husband received his order within minutes. He received it cold but he got it. He sat down and ate it while I waited for my order 20 minutes later I got up and said I’m still waiting for my order. It was a mobile pick up. I looked up on the screen my mobile order number was gone. The nice gentleman employee asked me what my order was. I showed him on my phone. He went over to a female manager that I just learned her name is Cassadina. So as I waited another 10 minutes, I can hear her using foul language talking about me behind my back saying there’s no way she ordered that she hasn’t been here for 30 minutes and I said excuse me I can hear you. I’m standing right behind you. yes I’ve been waiting that long, I turned my phone around. It showed here the time is right here. This is how long I’ve been here. This is when I put the order in this is the time it is now it’s been 30 minutes.. I posted a photo of her on Facebook to see if anybody else had a Similar situation here and yes, there’s been so many people I had over 60 responses of people complaining about this particular manager how she got this job I don’t know, but she needs to be fired. Immediately. Enough is enough , she was so disrespectful. These employees were so nice and they actually had to correct this manager. I stayed calm. I didn’t respond back to anything else as she’s rolling her eyes giving dirty nasty looks. I just took my order and walked out quietly as the other customers sitting down eating saying I just saw what happened. I’m so sorry that just happened to you that’s not right. In all fairness, I can email the owner of the McDonald’s and show him all the complaints. According to several employees, they are having problems with this manager, but all these people why don’t they complain to corporate? I don’t understand if you contact me I could send you up all the information you need. This is not right. This lady needs to be fired.

My wife was at the drive-thru for our 4 year old son to grab him what he asked for to eat. They got the order completely wrong and he only eats specific foods and when my wife spoke to the person on the window about fixing the order, the manager named “Cass” walked up and was very rude! She said “that’s how you ordered it” and after going back and forth with my wife instead of fixing it she tells my wife “you’re obviously losing your mind!” The upper management was called upon our request in order for her to give us the correct order so we can get going! I do not recommend going to a store and dealing with any so called manager that does not act like one! We will definitely take this to an upper hand because of the way my wife was spoken to while our son screams in the back.

There is no counter, and it is hard to get people's attention in the back.
I will tell you we went tonight for the first time in months and it was horrible. We pulled in and I was trying to order and the lady taking the order was rude talking to some guy and laughing while trying to order and then asked me 3 times what I wanted. Get to the windows and the guy never smiled nothing just took the money. Get to second window and was asked to go to next window and wait. We waited for longer than necessary then this girl comes to window hands me the food all shoved in one bag so I asked for a second bag so I could keep my food warm and she rolled her eyes at me and never came back my husband had to go in. We get home my burger bun was so hard I couldn't eat it, my sons was supposed to be only ketchup and it had pickles which he hates, my husband's was horrible, our fries were cold and they didn't have any of the drinks we wanted. Idk who is running this place but they someone to show this place what customer service is supposed to be.
