What is going on??? I was just on the phone trying to place an order. The guy can’t even take an address. He speaks so broken like he is under the influence of something. I had to hang up and put my pizza craving to the side.

Ordered for dinner really early.. i ordered at 1pm for a 645 delivery, I called at 650 to check the status, and it's just coming out of the oven.. what's the point of ordering in advance if they start making it at the time it's supposed to be delivered?? Looks like we'll be ordering from Dominos from now on.. at least they give you the status of your delivery

Usually my orders are fine but i wanted to try the wings so i ordered them, but when i took a bite i realized it was raw. You cant be serving raw chicken man.

Don't ever order from here on a busy pizza day. I placed an online order at 3:45p on Halloween for 4 pizzas. I anticipated it being very busy so I thought I was giving plenty of time requesting a 6pm pick up time. I even called at 5pm to confirm they had my order. I was told yes, but it wasn't ready yet. That was ok with me. I got there at 6:15p and was told "your pizzas aren't ready" I asked when they would be and the guy at the counter said "your order isn't even on our screen yet, it could be 30 minutes or an hour and a half. I don't know" I said "even though I requested a 6pm pick up and gave over 2 hours notice?" He said "yeah, we have 50 orders right now" I just walked out. I had to before I lost it. Whatever system they have in place for a high increase in orders isn't working. It would have been nice to know my order wasn't going to be ready when I requested. I would have made other plans. Luckily it was Halloween and we improvised on dinner. Don't ever order from them on a big holiday or event day. You won't get your pizza. (Super Bowl/football, Halloween, etc)

I used to work fast food. I get it's not a job one would necessarily be happy with. But that doesn't exactly mean someone should be ignorant of their own job. It's a common thing here. There's a select few individuals who actually know their job and provide good quality service. However, customer service skills do not reflect their kitchen skills. I order from here frequently because of this. Their pizza is always fantastic. No complaints in that regard.
Vegetarian options: It's pizza that you alter however you'd like. So simply don't ask for any meat on your dish. Even the sauce is customizable.
Dietary restrictions: I have restrictions myself. Whether it is in person or on the phone, simply tell them to add/remove an ingredient and they'll do so.
Parking: It is in a plaza that typically isn't busy. Every time I've been here, I've found close parking relatively quickly and easily.

Ordered from here and spent $65 for 2 pizzas and cheese sticks with a good tip. The pizza had little sauce and was severely undercooked. Definitely not worth it. Go to the one at 70 and Caruso. So much better.
