Had an issue with how the call center put in the order, but while in the store they fixed the issue immediately! Jordan and staff were super awesome, highly recommend this location!Side Note: When calling to order have the call center route you directly to store in order to minimize any potential problems.

The pizza here (when you actually get the delivery order) is equivalent to dominos. Not like other papa johns at all. & We placed our last order, waited 45 minutes only to be told our order was canceled! Placed the second order and was told there was no order placed! & No compensation for all the time lost. Just horrible.

I don't know if it was the delivery driver or the person who put the pizza in the box at the store. I order 2 pizzas for delivery and when It arrived, it looked like someone shaked the box extremely hard. half of each pizza looked like it was flipped upside down and on top of each other. It looked terrible. I've never had this happen before with my pizza when ordering from the location. I had family members over, even they saw it and told me I should've gotten a refund in the state they arrived. I contacted (941) 722-6400 (store number) and selected to speak to management. It went to voicemail and I couldn't leave one due to the inbox being full. I tried calling again, and it went straight to voicemail as if they didn't want to answer the phone. This was a terrible experience.

Their call center is the worst! People from India or something can barley understand their accent. They screwed up my order over the phone and finally at pick up the store was unable to do anything except for "just make another order" would not reccommend this place!

It's been a rather long time. After this experience I'll likely never go there again! Was late getting back from a Concert and couldn't make it to the grocery. Pizza was awful, service a joke. It amazes me that the kids off today can't count!!
Worst Papa Johns I've ever had. The pizza isnt even cooked all the way and I ordered it well done. They didn't offer me a reciept and no one I spoke to on the phone (Ceaser) apologized or seemed to have any idea what's going on. Still doughy!

I went in with American money a legal $50 bill and they couldn’t serve me! It’s actually illegal to refuse money you can’t cash it ? My order was $30? Absolutely ridiculous I will never go back !

EVERY SINGLE TIME we order from this location it is a 2 hour delivery time (which frequently takes even longer than that). When you try to call the store, you can’t get a hold of anyone… almost like they have the lines disconnected. I love Papa Johns, but HATE this location. ????
