Delivered in 9 minutes. 1 hot fresh and...OK Denver omlette, home fries from a bag straight out of the freezer, ice cold grits that appeared to have been sitting on the counter for 75 - 90 minutes, horrible pancakes that were so cold and rubbery they could not melt the room temperature butter, and orange juice from concentrate. Oh and an English muffin that was literally straight out of the bag untoasted and dipped in melted imitation butter. This place was pathetic. I have not eaten at a Peaches in probably 10 - 12 years and I'll never go back again.

Parking: Location has parking but spots fill up fast sometimes to get good food you have to Walk a couple of stores down ? well worth it ?

Waitress was attentive and friendly. Food was great. However, your hostess acted like she didn't want to be there. No welcome greeting and smiling was definitely out of the question. Not the kind of person that should be chosen to welcome guests!

I wanted a dish of meatballs with sauce. Was not in the menu but the very friendly attendant made it happen. Delicious! Thank you and I'll be back for sure.

Arriving at the restaurant we were shown to a booth with a ripped vinyl seat. When asked to be seated elsewhere the manager turned to me and said others didn't have an issue with sitting there. Was this a necessary statement to say to a customer? Please enlarge the attached photo, notice the length and depth of the rip and you can see the the top of the iron coil in the center of the rip. We also noted in the dining area, not in the entrance way, that the tiles need to be cleaned as well as the carpeting. It's apparent that maintenance and management skills are a low priority. The food was good and the service, via waitress, was 5 of 5, the best part!

Wife and I had breakfast here. What can you say about fried eggs and potatoes. Meal was good , coffee was hot and our server was very polite and attentative.
