What a shame. This place in ellenton is the epitome of what's wrong with this entire area in the customer service industry. People who work these jobs do not care at all about customer service and it makes me wonder ,do they care that the food is sanitary, cooked thoroughly and do they have self hygiene. From what i've seen, they're all lacking these qualities. How did they even get the job? How did we get to a point in America, where customer service is not priority. Capitalism cannot go on for too long treating customers the way this establishment does. Ultimately, I'd like to see this place be the great chicken chain it used to be. But unfortunately, that will probably not happen given the fact of their steady decline and lack of quality workers.

So sad that people are getting paid to hide inside and not serve customers. Not even 6pm and doors are locked and no one answered in the drive through. Popeye's will be closing a lot of stores this year with this great customer service.

Manager is not a friendly guy but it’s understandable to a point due to being short staffed. Prepare in time for a heavy traffic demanding Sunday. Cuatomers are being told to order ahead so that they dont have to wait. 8 cars in drive thru and 6 families in dinning lobby, all waiting to order. This popeyes needs attention.

Sat in drive thru only to be told to come in. No sign in drive thru to let you know you need to come in. I see in other comments this is the norm. Popeyes: Please post a sign if drive thru is down. Went inside and it was as if a party was going on for the employees only. No hospitality or greeting and very rude customer service. I felt as if I was bothering them so I left without ordering. Tried several times to like this place but this was my last try. I love Popeyes food and wish they had a Chick-fil-a business model. They would be busy 24 / 7 .

I went to the.Parrish location twice. First time the beans and rice taste like the were refrigerated too long and had a bad taste. Next time no one in parking lot and 4 pm. One car in line ahead and it too forever to get a response at the drive through. When I began to complain to my grandson.. she then said something and to come inside. This one ain't right.
