Walked in the day before the store opened wanting to buy a morning coffee! And was approached by the manager I think he’s name was Nicholas if I’m not mistaken he felt bad and said they are opening tomorrow but he will make me a coffee I offered to pay and they said it’s on Starbucks! They have a great team and provide amazing service thank you Starbucks Ellenton ❤️

I had the worst experience today at Starbucks at Ellenton mall. The black girl made my coffee too sweet so I said this is too sweet. She said if you don’t like it, you can go across the street to the other Starbucks. Then I asked for the manager and she said we don’t have a manager here. I told her if I was your manager, I would fire you The way you talk to the customers and her answer was well too bad you’re not. Wow, this is customer service nowadays, I guess. I would never be back here again. But then the supervisor came the blonde girl and she was so nice and remade my coffee.

This place puts the Starbucks name in bad light. They clearly do not care about their job. They messed up 3 of 5 orders and the manager acted like they were doing us a favor correcting it.

This place is a mess, it smells weird, bathroom is filthy and it smells terrible, always wet floors with napkins and paper all over, dirty tables, I thought it was a one time thing but after visiting a second time, I realized it's probably always filthy and for a Starbucks brand and prices they charge I expect better.
The only thing I don't like is that they close very early: 8.00

Barista was rude constantly on her phone taking her sweet time while her line filled up and hardly handling her previous orders making ppl just wait forever for their hot coffees our drinks were pretty meh not the best the could have been for refreshers just didn’t seem like the darista really cared to bother with making them. Really getting over Starbucks.

I dont like the coffee or food here. All the time my coffees are mix with water or other stuff for real. The flavor horrendus and I always finish throw on the trash. They need take good people who know how make real coffee because is a 0 hopefully i can bring 0 stars because always is the same. I prefer now order my coffee and stuff on the 301 starbucks. There make awesome job.

Terrible service… 3/29 waited 10 minutes to get my drink and it was incorrect. Ordered the new lavender matcha tea. Other customers that came in after me were getting their drinks. Apparently mine cup was seating there laying around… after checking on my order … they make me the wrong drink. Then the young man was taking his sweet time making it… walking like a slug … No good customer service. The manager really need to train her workers better. I should feel like my service:purchase is bothering the employees. The worse service I’ve received from any Starbucks. Also the place was not clean.
