Dirtiest Starbucks I have seen in my life. The bathroom was filthy. You have no appetite for drinks anymore. Staff, have you seen your bathrooms????

My gingerbread iced latte neither looked or tasted how it supposed to. No whipped cream on top, small different cup, and tasted like dish water, no coffee flavor whatsoever. Went into the trash after 3 sips. Wow!

This Starbucks had really disappointing service. We ordered three drinks, and none of them were made correctly. My drink tasted nothing like what I usually get, and the overall quality was bad. On top of that, the staff came across as rude and didn’t seem to care about getting the orders right. Starbucks is usually known for consistency, but this location completely missed the mark. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I was on line, then I decided to use the restroom, exactly 17 minutes before close. I saw few chair blocking the restroom, I asked the associate if I can use she said “no, the restrooms are clean now because we are gone close in less than 10 minutes”. I checked my watch and was 17 minutes before 7. Honestly, that was rude. If the store close at 7 pm you should have until at least 6:55 to use the facility, specially if you have the line at the counter. It’s look that Starbucks standards are going down.

a few months ago, I had stopped coming here due to the staff. but recently, there’s been an entire turnaround in staffing and the new, improved crew is AMAZING. friendly and helpful, it makes my coffee runs much less anxiety-inducing.

Allison and Emily were super helpful! My wife was concerned about cross-contamination with dairy so they offered to hand wash the blender before mixing her drink. People like this that go above and beyond are the reason that we bring our business here! Give these girls a promotion!

If I could give a lower rating to the service I would. The employees here are rude, lazy, and stuck up. Every time I come here they treat me with hostility, get my drink wrong and ignore me. In this time in particular, they locked me outside 40 minutes before they closed just because they were too lazy to serve one person. If you’re going to work at a job, at least do the work part too.

Not busy at all ordered a mobile order before going into work @ 1030 got to work (I work in the mall) and my drink was absolutely disgusting! This is NOT the first time they have given me a down right disgusting drink. I do NOT customize my drink at all so WHY can they not get it right? I’m paying almost $8 for a drink that taste horrible. I thought this place was going to be better after reopening but it’s WORSE than before and this new staff isn’t great at all. The last staff had attitude issues but definitely knew how to make a regular menu drink.
