I was on line, then I decided to use the restroom, exactly 17 minutes before close. I saw few chair blocking the restroom, I asked the associate if I can use she said “no, the restrooms are clean now because we are gone close in less than 10 minutes”. I checked my watch and was 17 minutes before 7. Honestly, that was rude. If the store close at 7 pm you should have until at least 6:55 to use the facility, specially if you have the line at the counter. It’s look that Starbucks standards are going down.

a few months ago, I had stopped coming here due to the staff. but recently, there’s been an entire turnaround in staffing and the new, improved crew is AMAZING. friendly and helpful, it makes my coffee runs much less anxiety-inducing.

Allison and Emily were super helpful! My wife was concerned about cross-contamination with dairy so they offered to hand wash the blender before mixing her drink. People like this that go above and beyond are the reason that we bring our business here! Give these girls a promotion!

If I could give a lower rating to the service I would. The employees here are rude, lazy, and stuck up. Every time I come here they treat me with hostility, get my drink wrong and ignore me. In this time in particular, they locked me outside 40 minutes before they closed just because they were too lazy to serve one person. If you’re going to work at a job, at least do the work part too.

Not busy at all ordered a mobile order before going into work @ 1030 got to work (I work in the mall) and my drink was absolutely disgusting! This is NOT the first time they have given me a down right disgusting drink. I do NOT customize my drink at all so WHY can they not get it right? I’m paying almost $8 for a drink that taste horrible. I thought this place was going to be better after reopening but it’s WORSE than before and this new staff isn’t great at all. The last staff had attitude issues but definitely knew how to make a regular menu drink.

Walked in the day before the store opened wanting to buy a morning coffee! And was approached by the manager I think he’s name was Nicholas if I’m not mistaken he felt bad and said they are opening tomorrow but he will make me a coffee I offered to pay and they said it’s on Starbucks! They have a great team and provide amazing service thank you Starbucks Ellenton ❤️
Came at 9:13, they are supposed to close at 9:30. Doors were locked. Close when your store is supposed to. I drove here for nothing.

I had the worst experience today at Starbucks at Ellenton mall. The black girl made my coffee too sweet so I said this is too sweet. She said if you don’t like it, you can go across the street to the other Starbucks. Then I asked for the manager and she said we don’t have a manager here. I told her if I was your manager, I would fire you The way you talk to the customers and her answer was well too bad you’re not. Wow, this is customer service nowadays, I guess. I would never be back here again. But then the supervisor came the blonde girl and she was so nice and remade my coffee.

This place puts the Starbucks name in bad light. They clearly do not care about their job. They messed up 3 of 5 orders and the manager acted like they were doing us a favor correcting it.
