I just want to take a moment to recognize the staff at this location, and particularly, one of the managers who I believe is named Nick. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a couple years now with my dog (drive-thru) almost every morning, and though the staff has gone through some changes in that time, the vast majority of the employees working that line have been super friendly and hard working. Nick always has a big smile on his face, hustles, and takes the time to acknowledge and engage me and my pup. Although these interactions are brief, they always set such a great tone for my day. I wish I knew the names of some of the other employees who share these same qualities, but overall, just wanted to make sure their hard work and kindness are recognized.

So inconsistent, my drink is never made correctly and it is SO slow. We waited 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon. Crazy. I'll never go back to this location, I drive to 64 or 70 to get Starbucks now.

Love their hot matcha lattes. They're not too sweet,and they served them piping hot!The service was excellent. The guy at the window was extremely patient with us as we tried to find a gift card with money on them.

The longest I have ever had to wait for 2 drinks. We were there for 40 minutes waiting. There was zero organization when it came to putting out the drinks and no one knew when their orders were there.

Horrible experience this evening with Abagail. She provided inaccurate information, overcharged me and then acted rude when I requested a refund. She never apologized for being wrong and needs extensive customer service training! I will think twice before returning which will make my husband happy since I spend so much at this location. I just can’t stand poor customer service. A simple apology would’ve went a long way!
