I actually feel bad for the employees here. Management leaves them with no supplies and tells them to "be careful" how much product they use. I ordered a footlong turkey and there were barely 4 pieces of turkey on the sub so I asked for double turkey and finally got the typical amount. This was after the employee told me that they didn't have a lot of turkey to be able to use. The other sub, a footlong sunway club, had 2 pieces of roast beef, maybe 3 pieces each of ham and turkey. I asked if the portion sizes had changed or if they would be charging less because the meat portions were barely that of a 6" sub, but they offered to remake it (it was already toasted). Another employee, who had just clocked out, turned and snapped that they were under a different manager than any other subway so they used less product. The poor girl behind the counter was really sweet about everything and I apologized for her being left in that position. Also, the lettuce was the wrong color and completely soaked, with over an inch of water in the container. I just won't be back to this particular store.

Went in to pick up a to go order I used the hand sanitizer which was located up front me not knowing it was going to cause a problem I simply thought it was for the guests or anyone who cared to not spread germs to other citizens. The sandwich maker angrily and aggressively said did I tell you can use my stuff I felt very extremely uncomfortable to the point I no longer want to come inside your establishment. It was hand sanitizer, not taking someone’s life as she rushed my heart and anxiety, as if I did something wrong lost my business, to add she was so upset about it that she did not properly seal the togo order 08/19 around 1:00-1:30 pm

The worker took literally 20 minutes to make a tiny 6 inch sub. I asked for pickles and she gave me one. And then she pushed my sandwiches across the counter when I was checking out to leave and she was on her phone when I was checking out. Terrible terrible terrible

Only one person working at dinner time. Who ever runs this location is doing a really bad job. There's always issues here, ranging from excessive wait time to items not prepared and having to change orders.

Today, Saturday, July 20, I went to this place. The person who attends very badly, angry, not at all, kind, does not greet people. They should send them to learn how to treat people. They are paid to be kind too.

Unacceptable customer service here... came in thinking my wife placed an online order. (They took her money, but the order didn't show up at the store.) Honestly no big deal, but I didn't complain at all about..not one word.. I can straighten that out later, but I asked the guy who was the only one there that I was just gonna reorder it all now... he started to take my order, the first of 3 sandwiches. A call in order came in. He said, maybe that was yours..turned out, It wasn't.. HE THEN proceeded to make that order instead of finishing mine??? What?? He then got that order done, and another couple walked in behind me... he finished up the 1st item and asked if there was anything else... I said yes, 2 items... all this time. My wife was on the phone, I asked her what she wanted, he cut me off, asked the next people what they wanted...the guest said a wrap, as my wife was trying to say her order, which was a wrap... he proceeded to say the guest behind me got the last wrap??? Really?? I swear I thought I was being punk. I walked the corner and gave my $40 to the Philly cheese steak place. (Great food and service, by the way...5 stars)

Bead was too light for subways standards.... the wouldn't take my coupon because it was expired...when I worked there we took expired coupons

Over the past year this location has steadily gone downhill, never the same staff, always out of bread and other items. This time walked into a store with one other customer and was told only several types of bread and take a seat we have a lot of online orders which are more important so wait awhile and well get to you in awhile. The other guy in the store was waiting and got up and left. They really need to work on service, staffing and food. Not sure what else you can say here other than do better.

Nicole was amazing and super sweet!! But i have a recommendation for the owner or the store manager, you should put always two people to operate. Nicole was having a little rush and would be great for her having a little bit of help.
