Tiffany is a manager I believe at this location, I was having a really bad day and not only did she give me great service but also cheered me up with her positive attitude ( Lord knows I needed it) THANK YOU TIFFANY!!!

If I could have gave this location a 0 star I would.. I arrived at the store right before opening and waited patiently outside(while on my lunch break). They open at 9:00 am. Around 9:05am an African American lady comes out and rudely expresses that they don’t have bread and won’t have it until about 10/10:30 so I asked for a salad. She seemed bothered that I asked. When I got inside NOTHING was set up so I asked was she ready she said no not really but what you want??(even though she was being extremely rude)as she set everything down and I asked her to make it a certain way and she said no she wasn’t going to do that. I then asked if she could just slice a couple tomatoes in half and she seemed so upset that I told her I was used to that at every subway and she said “ do you want the salad or not” Long story short I never got food and the customer service was terrible..

I come here alot but lately there has been an African American woman who is working who doesn't wear a name tag and she is incredibly rude whenever she makes our sandwiches, she always seems angry and throws the pans around while making sandwiches. She snaps at us whenever we are telling her our order and seems extremely angry with the other employees, today she told me she wouldn't give me more than a few black olives because she doesn't just give out handfuls of black olives (all I asked for was lettuce and black olives as toppings)....she makes our experience terrible and makes me not want to come to this subway even though it's the one closest to our house...I hope the owner sees these reviews as before this woman worked here I've never had a single problem at this subway, but since she has started working here, there have been these problems every time I've come, and I'm just now choosing to leave a review, I wish I knew her name but she doesn't wear a name tag

READ ALL. Just placed an online order for 2 footlong subs UNTOASTED as that to me is disgusting, 1 churro, 1 pretzel and a 6 pack of CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. What I got was toasted subs, no churro, no pretzel and every cookie they have EXCEPT chocolate chip. What the hell????? Then you try to call and it's now a voicemail system. Now at this point you be wondering about the hight amount of stars??I'm glad you asked. I took my sub back (keep in mind I'm a tad unhappy walking in) This amazing young lady listened to me..whoa, that right there deserves an accolade lol.. explained her side which she explained to my father( who picked up order) about the why's of everything. She is amazingly sweet and come to find out one of the owners. She ,just by being herself, turned me from an unhappy customer to a very happy one. She is the epitome of customer service and deserves to be recognized for it

If you don’t want to work in customer service please don’t our family goes after a day of fun shopping and walking in to having a nasty attitude while serving customer. Do better subway in hiring because the people left with money to eat out are looking carefully for places that makes us feel welcome. #

For a place that was not very busy they did not have any toppings or chicken product to make menu items. Luckily the employee on shift was wonderful and had a great attitude despite the lack of product she was given to work with. She seemed to be the only one at the store. Another customer behind me claimed that she had been left this way on more than one occasion and still had a positive attitude toward customers she was only halfway able to help. I personally thought that was extremely neglectful and unprofessional for management to allow another employee to have to work with such little product while expected to serve the public. I did not get the young girl's name but they were lucky to have a mature young lady like that handling the situation as best as possible. Most employees would have walked out.
