Ordered 2 festive turkey subs, and tipped. Tasted terrible, bread was old, hardly any toppings, maybe 2 pieces of turkey, some wads of onion, some sauce. $25 plus for 2 very skimpy subs. By the way, Publix is right next door.

Ordered a spicy Italian/toasted the meat was so haphazardly added and of course the oven broken had to keep running it. And the staff laughed, and the meat was cold in the end. Just a horrid experience.the Training on customer service is so warrented. And find people that want to be there. These ladies did not.

I understand when you hire minimum wage high schoolers you get what you get but come on….. stopped in and they made my sandwich while doing some cal in orders, toasted it then went back to online orders, 5 min later still standing there asking if they ca wrap it up to go I was told the online orders were first, I can wait….. well no actually I’m not, left with nothing and will not go back. Can’t fix Stupid as they say…..off to Publix next door for a Sub.

I came to buy a sandwich for my employees, but the people serving and preparing the sandwiches aren't friendly and don't ask questions. They don't care if you want a combo or not. They're people who don't care. Whether the sandwich was good or not, I won't buy anything from this place again. Other places serve us well, but not this one. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place at 8919 Parrish US 301.

I usually have the great experience at any Subway I have visited! Today I went to Subway in Parrish, Fl ad the line was at the door with 8-9 people waiting…because my favor Subway in Ellenton, Fl was closed down !?? I think the store in Parrish is so busy at 11:00-1:30pm because it’s the only Subway and everybody now that Ellenton has NO Subway! Staff is over worked with the amount of people.

Had the most delightful young lady making our sandwiches...the bread was fresh all the toppings and it was 8:30pm on Friday the 19th of September 2025 ...Catlin was the sub maker ! Great freindly young women.

9-5-25 I have come to the subway in Parrish many times three times a week we ordered the same item, last week it was toasted and burnt. I let it go by, today it was toasted burnt and you could smell it in the store. I asked the young lady if she could make us another bread because it was burnt she said that’s the way they are when they’re toasted I explained to her that this is the second time she has burnt my sandwich. I asked her for a new bread. She told me no if I didn’t like it I could leave and never come back to the store. I think that is very unprofessional. The woman was a young heavyset with a nose full of earrings, thanks subway This is my last trip here.

Doesn’t greet me when I walk in and goes on her phone to record how busy she is and I’m waiting eventually a couple behind me walk in and get greeted and told there’s a wait with 6 online orders. Complete bs. Young kids don’t know how to greet customers or communicate. 0 stars if I could

Great customer service from the two girls behind the counter, terrible up keep and prep. Vegetables were cross contaminated and whoever does tomato prep needs to take it down on the thickness of tomato.
