Beware, the credit machine automatically applies a tip to your order. It's only $1.64 in my case, but I don't appreciate a surprise upcharge, and tipping has gotten out of hand.

while they’re usually good, today i waited way too long to even order due to the two sandwich artist chatting amongst themselves. this was around 6 ended up being 7. one of them stated out loud that she’s tired of doing this and publix is right next door for customers to make them themselves. bread was badly burnt.

This subway is head and shoulders above the two nearest my home. I'll gladly travel the extra 20 minutes to be served by the friendly staff here. The food is fresh. The place is clean. Actually one of the best Subway stores I have been in. Keep up the good work!

I just went to this subway and wow am I impressed. Not only did I get a great service but Ellington plaza subway is the cleanest store with the most polite servers and GM Spoke to me about how great it was there!!!! Never been so impressed with a subway on all my life... I almost felt bad walking on the floor because it looked picture perfect! Great job and the happiest and most amazing staff I have ever seen love you guys so much can't wait to come back was there approx 8pm 1/27/23 and I'm super picky and they were the best ... Thank you and keep up the good work can someone say promotion!!!???

If I could give subway no stars I would. I took 2 bites and threw the sub away. They are also so cheap. The slices of cold cuts are so thin that 3 slices, is the size of one slice of salami. Other sub shops, when you get a small sub you get two real slices of cheese and if you order a large sub you get 4 real slices of cheese. At subway, they take one slice of cheese and cut that slice in a triangle and they consider that as two slices, when it's actually one slice. No wonder there's hardly any subway's left. The bread was like cardboard. I will never waste my money again on that garbage.
