When I got back to my father and he opened the bag, he had a chicken quesadilla and all his tacos were regular with beef only and that’s it
When I brought the food back to the store, I was told that they didn’t have that order on their history, which I have a receipt with their store number on it and my order she asked me to prove that the food was from their location so I did and then I asked her. Can you make my food now, and the girl started cussing at me, to the point where the manager who is in the back office, heard her yelling at me and me yelling at her came out. I began to record him because I didn’t want anything to go on documented. He told me I wasn’t allowed to do that but our first amendment right which is in the constitution says public areas you can videotape whatever you want. It is not restricted that is a public area. I agree if I was in the back of the store where employees are that’s not public that is restricted, but they’re recording us on their surveillance so under the Law, they cannot tell me not to record and then decided to start screaming at me and tell me there is something wrong with
I then asked for a refund because I did not want them to make my food Anymore you try giving me back less than what I paid after much debate. He was able to refund me the amount I need.
I will be taking this to the corporate office. I do have video documentation. And I will take it as high as I need to take it to make sure the store gets new staffing

I get mobile orders with taco bell, its usually ready for me by time I get there, I just wish the tort shell wouldnt stick to the wrapper every time. The points system makes it easy to swing in for work lunch.

This was one of those days when you wake up in a great mood and crave Taco Bell. You order everything through the app, head to the store with your nephew who just arrived from another country and has never tried Taco Bell before.
You pick up the bag, drive home… and then realize someone clearly doesn’t know how to do their job when it comes to checking orders.
At least five items were missing. A $43 order turned into barely $25 worth of food — and a ruined mood for the rest of the day.

Unbelievably horrible service. No one even acknowledges the customers. It’s like a bunch of zombies who absolutely hate their job so much they make the customers know it. Waited 20 minutes for a Cantina bowl. Hate it here. Will never be back

I got food poisoning from there last night around 10 o’clock I’ve been up all night, throwing up and using the bathroom feel nauseous and having cold chills I’m not happy
