I hope this gets to your corporate office since they don’t list a phone number. To charge a 20% to go order fee is absolutely outrageous! No other restaurant chains do that, you will never get any of my money or my family’s money. We tip the server separately And to give a tip for a to go order just for pushing a few buttons is not warranted in most cases. You should really reconsider this stupid decision

The only thing this Waffle House has going for them is the cooks. They were working as fast as they could & The food was good. Manager/Servers are unorganized and just walking around. It was ridiculous!

We were actually waiting for gas in the long line at the flying J's gas station after storm Milton and while my brother waited in line I was able to walk across the street to Waffle House who gave me quick, courteous service with hot food and cold drinks and by the time I walked out my brother had gotten the gas which means the gas line was moving fast as well and we were able to enjoy a quick meal and get on our way with no long wait.

They really shouldn't have loud employee fights going on with customers in the restaurant for starters and we pointed out to our waitress, you HAVE A HUGE BUG INFESTATION little bugs crawling all over the front tables just nasty won't go back here again. If management sees this yall know you should be fired.
