I’ve personally been going to Waffle House since I was a little girl, this was honestly the best experience I’ve had at one. Jackie made my heart soar when she brought us drinks to go and made sure she understood everything instead of making silly mistakes. It was the fastest I’ve ever received my plate of waffles EVER! All of the employees are so nuce to their customers and understanding. (I know it sounds like a given that your server should be able to do all if this but its a waffle house>)On another note, the company cleaning the windows were parking right outside the door.

My online order wasn’t ready when it was time for pickup, They were just getting started on it. My waffle was BURNT for the first time ever and my hash brown bowl was soDry it was bad! who ever is in the kitchen messing up the food needs toTake cooking classes! This is unacceptable

New employee messed up my simple order and "fixed it" horribly by boxing up random food and making me fix the mistakes myself in the parking lot. Order still wrong and I asked for a refund and the cook let me talk to him and tell him what I ordered so it won't get messed up again. He didn't want to see us unhappy, hungry, and no money/refund because the manager isn't there until morning. Everything was made correctly, we joked, and learn something new about their boxing/plating system "Youtube it. It's crazy".New employees should have a long training session before being allowed to go solo. Hope things improve and go smoothly in the future.

If you are Caucasian you will not get service. We sat for 10 minutes, with 3 employees working, all tables empty, 2 people at the counter. We weren't greeted, given menus, or even acknowledged. The two servers were bust talking to each other, they never even looked at us. One of the servers literally sat at the table across from us and never looked our way. We left and went to the good Waffle House in Bradenton on 64, they always treat us right. Unfortunately this Waffle house, is right buy our house but we will never be back.
Food is awful, greasy, and cold. Shells in the eggs, dehydrated potatoes for hash browns, the toast maybe was the best part. Find another place this is a no go for us again. McDonald’s is a WAY better choice.
