I waited at the drive thru speaker for 30 mins and nobody said anything!!! Then, I pulled up to the window and ordered. The lady was extremely mad and purposely messed up my order. After 4 tries at getting my burger right, I just left. I ordered a burger with cheese, lettuce, and ketchup. I got a burger with tomato, pickles, and mayo. Never coming back here ever again.

Everything was stale and gross. Soda was gross. Fries were gross and stale. Buns dry. Almost all of the drive through lights were out so it looked closed.

This location was open when many fast food restaurants were not in the days following Milton. There was still debris surrounding the building but they were up and serving customers. The food was hot and fresh and the associates were fast and friendly. Thank you!

Wouldn't take my oder at front told them I only have cash kiosk doesn't have cash option

While 5 employees stood around we were told to use the kiosk. I did then moved over to receive our food. 3 employees including the manager started talking loudly about us. They got louder and one employee threatened my 70 year old sister with something like "you better not be recording us. She was simply holding her phone in her hand. Finally she said you need to use the kiosk and when I said I did she looked shocked while hustling to get our food. Apparently she thought we were being insistent on them taking our order. After that we did take their pictures to show the district manager whose contact information is unavailable. I'm completely shocked and disgusted with this Wendy's that allow this behavior especially to two senior women. Owner need a reality check with their staff

I don't know who puts 5 stars, they need to completely change the staff, not friendly , horrible and long service, I would tear this place down or at least hire new people.

Atmosphere was a very basic,plain restaurant. No one working front counter and had to order from kiosk since they are apparently short staffed even though 4 people were just standing around talking. Food was ok. Missing toppings and out of numerous things and toppings

How embarrassing 9/21 @10 or so waiting on to go line for 30 plus minutes no one responded at least 5 cars pulled away,no wonder why your reviews are so low,you should be ashamed of your selfes
