Food was good. Drivevtgru wait was over 15 minutes, no apologies from the staff. No basic customer service skills. Never took the time to repeat the order, no upsets etc. Anyway, food was fresh and hot

Food is usually good for the price. Service is moderately friendly. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is at best average.

For a place that it not always terribly busy the service is lackluster at best. Staff that works the drive thru are constantly having side conversations. They ask for your order and continue their conversations then ask you to repeat the order. It becomes frustrating to repeat your order 3 to 4 times. If the conversation is important and work related - it is understandable, asking the customer to wait isn’t a hard request.

Dirty not stocked restaurant with rude staff that seemed angry they even had customers. They NEVER get my order right, like how hard is no chesse. I worked fast food as a young teen & even I could do it correctly so grown adults and older teens have ZERO excuses. Completely done with Wendy's point blank period!

Worst customer service I have ever had. Paid for food with Visa and they wouldn't give it to me. What a joke, Ed couldn't risk $9.51 after showing him two receipts on my phone. Pathetic!!!
This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and I definitely will not be back, the service is terrible and the staff members are extremely rude and inconsiderate.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had the girl at the window is very rude. She doesn’t understand anything. She has a rude look on her face, that’s why she wasn’t listening when I was saying my order And she got my order wrong and then gave me the wrong refund took my money and everything this is literally the worst location.

I have an issue every time I come to this Wendy's. Absolutely horrible accuracy and speed, much like many other reviews have stated.
Today, I ordered for my family and my mother's order was not only missing but incorrectly modified. Her grilled chicken wrap not only had extra of the condiment she asked to be removed, the wrap was so stale that I couldn't press one finger through it. We had waited so long after being told to park twice for the remaking that the food had gotten cold when I got home .. not even a 5 minute drive away. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Whoever manages this place has given me second hand embarrassment. As a fast food manager myself, this is absolutely unacceptable. If they are this negligent with the BASICS, how can we be sure the food is safe to eat? That the store is clean? If they are this bad to the public, what the hell is going on in the kitchen?? Is this store even making a profit from how much product is lost from consistent mistakes?

Food was terrible. The order was incorrect multiple times. Location was dirty.
Between waiting to long in the drive thru, (there were only 4-5 cars) and then getting home and having no straw or napkins, the fact that the sandwich wasn't great seemed to crown the whole experience. Would not recommend.
