Advertise atmosphere was super cool to be able to sit outside and they had sand and acute little fire pit. It wasn’t up and running. I wish we went a little bit later. The food was really good and the server was great.

I went and sat at the bar for about 30-40 mins. In that time, some people came and sat to the left of me and a gentleman came and sat to the right of me. When I got up to leave, both parties had been greeted and served. No one even bothered to make eye contact with me. As colorful as I am, I must have been wearing my invisible cloak today. The view was lovely though.

We had a reservation (made several weeks in advance) for approximately 17 family members from out of town. First, it took about 20 minutes before anybody to come to our table to ask if we wanted anything to drink. The manager gave us a waitress that had just started that day & had other tables besides ours. We were there for somewhere between 3 & 4 hours & spent over $500 including tip! The appetizers came out at the same time our food was delivered and everyone else had eaten when we realized 2 family members had even gotten their food yet! On top of that, we had to go through the bill trying to identify with either an “A, B, or C” who was responsible for how much because we were told after the fact that the restaurant could only divide the check into 2 or 3 parties. It was a disaster. I was pretty embarrassed and disappointed that I had selected the restaurant and it turned out the way it did.

We had a great experience eating lunch at Whiskey Joe’s. When we got there a little bit before 12 noon on a Sunday, it wasn’t too busy, but the place quickly filled up. With beautiful weather and outdoor seating directly on the water, everyone preferred to sit outside. They have a large outdoor bar too, which is nice if you are just looking to grab drinks with a beautiful view. We ordered several different foods, including the loaded island fries, wings, grouper sandwich, tiki chicken breast, and jambalaya. Everything was delicious and the island fries were even filling enough to serve as an entree. The service was also excellent. Overall, we enjoyed the meal and the view made it even better. We will definitely be back again!

Bar service was not inviting or clean area. Concrete top sticky and stains. Looks like it need to be deep cleaned and sealed. Service was slow and not friendly. It's a shame because it has potential. Shrimp basket was out of freezer like the grocery store. No flavor.

First two times there were horrible. Wait time for our food was over an hour. Service was horrible and food was mediocre. Swore I'd never go back. My last time there was not my decision. I understand it is under new management and what a difference! Service was great ans the food was very good. My only complaint is we ate outdoors and it had rained the night before. With every breeze we got baptized from the water laying in the tarps on the ceiling. Will return.

Was looking for another restaurant and stumbled across Whiskey Joe's. We sat at the bar as the restaurant was busy with groups on spring break. I started with the oysters. I was told they were from Louisiana and good. These were very disappointing. They were about the size of a dime. I would not order them again. For dinner, I had a grouper sandwich. It was delicious. They brought out fresh ground horseradish, which I had requested. A little too much horsing around behind the bar for my taste. This made the service hit and miss. There are several restaurants in the area. While this place is good, it's not great.

We wanted to sit outside and have a couple of drinks??Very few people at the bar so it was nice and peaceful..Chaz our bartender was very attentive..always making sure we were taken care of ...Beautiful views beautiful evening.. beautiful ending to a perfect vacation

The only thing this place needs is some window shades along the inside front windows- because the late afternoon sun is a lil bit blinding making it hard to read the menu. Fish and chips was great and like their queso/chips tooWheelchair accessibility: Very accessible...valet parking, big ramp in front, wide enough spaces to get around....it's a lil tight by the hostess but after that plenty of space to get around ?
