I was with a party of 6. We had 4 different entrees. Everyone raved about their food. It's a small restaurant, but there is also outdoor seating. Family owned business preparing authentic Italian dishes. I don't live in the area, just visiting. If I get back to visit again, this restaurant is a must.

The food is excellent, it truly brings you back to Italy or your Italian family home.Excellent quality, amazing flavor.From the dipping oil, to the bread, appetizers salads and desserts are excellent.Super fast service. Portions are generous.We had the sausage with sauce side order and the Mamma Anna meatball as an appetizer, Burrata salad, and for the main course gnocchi Gorgonzola with homemade gnocchi cooked to perfection in a creamy cheesy smooth and delicious sauce.The eggplant Parmesan was the best I had tried in a while.Delightful experience for small or big groups and for anything you want to celebrate.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Ordered food to go from Mamma Anna's and was very impressed. I had the spaghetti alla puttanesca and the meatball appetizer. I can say, at least in the United States, this was the best preparation of a pasta puttanesca I've had. So flavorful and the fresh capers put it over the top. The meatballs were also very good and enormous. There was an astronomical scoop of ricotta cheese served on the side which was also great. Even for just a to go order, the service was outstanding. Everybody was incredibly personable and friendly and made you feel welcome. I'll definitely come back when business brings me back to Fort Myers and I'll recommend to all my friends and colleagues as well. 10/10!

If you’re looking for the best homemade Italian food and pizza in Sw Florida , look no further , you have to try Mama Anna’s . First , Mama Anna and her sons are so warm and welcoming . The food is always fresh and delicious. The gnocchi is so light and fluffy ! They use only quality ingredients in all their food . As an Italian myself it is the only the place I’ll go to for pizza and Italian food. Mangiare!Kid-friendliness: Like family .

I’m from NJ I have been eating in swf for 8 years now this place is hands down the BEST ITALIAN food from Naples to EsteroMamma and Sons are the best I will be back next Friday 6:30 sitting at the bar . Visited Mamma Anna Trattoria and was absolutely blown away by the experience! The appetizers du jour were so substantial and scrumptious, my wife and I felt as if we were indulging in entrées! Service was top-notch, making us feel warmly welcomed and attended to throughout our meal. The prices were also very reasonable, adding even more value to an already impeccable dining experience. Highly recommend!
