Waited 15 minutes for the an older cashier to figure out how to fix someone’s order after they messed it up, after I waited my turn I asked them for pretzel dog just to get told they were frozen and she was too lazy to heat them up, worst service ever.

On a Saturday afternoon during the tax-free weekend right before school starts, the only item available at the store was stale pretzel bites. It took 25 minutes to serve 3 customers the single available item. The staff mentioned that all other menu items were frozen and they "didn't feel like getting them out." For $10, I got a cup of stale pretzel bites and a bottled water. The service and selection were extremely disappointing.

They almost never have a variety, they generally have salty rolls with a lot of salt and the cost is very high. There is almost always a line and they do not have tables inside the premises.

Pretzels are tasty, but it takes forever to get some of the more popular items. The place really needs a deep cleaning. It may be because I am taller but the dust bunnies and equipment were covered in dust and dirt.

That was nothing! Wanted to take some pretzel dogs and other goodies, but nothing was available. There is absolute chaos here. Waiting time of at least 15 minutes for a snack. Service was, to say the least, completely worn out and disinterested. It's a shame, as other branches in malls always manage to have enough fresh pretzels.

Every time we go in here excited for pretzels, no one greets us for at least 5 minutes even if it’s empty, they have AirPods in their ears ignoring customers, and they do not have any of the items ready and they tell us it’s 20-25 minute wait. THIS PLACE NEEDS MANAGEMENT!!!
