Food mediocre at best. Service was terrible. After finally getting bill waited 20+ minutes for waiter to come back. Had to ask bartender to get him. Will NOT be returning.

Went to Bokampers Estero last night. As usual, service was slow. We weren't informed that the kitchen closed. Server was rarely around. Would have had way more drinks and food if he would have come around. Servers are always friendly, just not attentive. For some unknown reason, we went again tonight. Was sat promptly, but after about 10 minutes, no one came to our table. We left, which was a good decision. We walked across the walkway to Hurricane's and were served promptly and food was great. Can't wait to read their typical response about checking with management. It's a great location and cool restaurant. Wish they would finally take real action to improve their service.

Always great food in a great location. The outside patio is super cool and relaxing. Plenty of TVs and cold drinks.

Great customer service and a fun place to hang out. Food is delicious. Drinks, great. Manager Allison is very kind, fun, and a phenomenal leader- one can tell from her employees always smiling and customers always happy as well; creating a perfectly balanced environment that is fun yet in order. 5/5

Maybe it was just the day we went, but they were incredibly slow. Took 35 mins to get apps and they another 10 to find someone to bring us plates/silverware. We ended up leaving after that because we didn't want to risk ordering lunch and having to wait forever.

My favourite spot to stop in for some drinks and sports when I'm in coconut point. Staff is always super friendly and hard working. Food is just okay.

The wings are very good and reasonably priced, but most of the appetizers and entrees taste like they're microwaved after being frozen and are priced too high for what you get.

Menu is a little pricey but they have specials every day of the week, and we had a burger that was delicious, the waitress was sweet and courteous, clean well-organized place.they have a huge outdoor patio that you can sit on, or you can sit inside sports bar has TVs big screen TVs everywhere. Great place!

Cheap drinks and good service. Visited every night we were here. Good place to start out. Friendly guests but staff not super friendly bit I like to talk!
