Hello, I would like to give my highest review on the service we received on 4-5-25. We had tickets to the Mercy Me concert that evening and had made reservations prior to the event. Gabi M was an excellent server. She made our first visit to Breakaway Sports Pub very satisfying. She was very friendly and very professional. Our food was delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

We are season ticket holders for Everblades. We eat here quite often. They give a good variety on their menu and it tastes great, too. But the service, especially Amber, is awesome! We can't wait to get back!

Recently took in a Florida Everglades hockey game at the Hertz Arena. We arrived early so that we could eat at Breakaway Sports Pub prior to dropping the puck. The place is really nice. The food is delicious. The servers were great! My only suggestion would be that if they could add Samuel Adams to their draft beer selection. I really enjoyed the experience.BTW...there are great views of the arena from the Pub.

Don't normally leave reviews but after our experience I felt it was needed. This had to be the absolute worst service I have ever experienced, our waitress Jasmine was atrocious and oblivious. We ordered drinks and after being told the table next to us is "owned" so they are more important and had to be served first (even if that was a policy) telling your guest they are not as important as another table is absurd. She finally remembered our beverage order after being asked twice and 30 mins later, ordered our food and not surprisingly it came out wrong, she reordered the food and again she input the order wrong. She explained as a courtesy they would comp 1 meal for the inconvenience, ok fine when we brought up kids eat free on Fridays ( we had 1 child in our party) she looked at us shocked and stated " sir it's Wednesday " seriously? The look of shock when she realized it was in fact Friday. When our food did finally arrive it was very good, it's a shame that server wise it had to cost this place business as we won't be returning and from the chatter from surrounding tables we won't be the only ones. When asked to speak to manager multiple times we were told he was busy working the line, that's fine and understandable but when you have that large of a complaint as a manager you should make your way over and at least say hello.
