Bubbakoo's Burritos

I’ve always had Mexican food that has always been very flavorful. This is the first time I can say that I had some that was not.

The wife and I decided to get a couple of burritos since they were having a sale. These were by far the most bland burritos I’ve ever eaten from anywhere.

Decided to try this place out since they were having a buy one get one sale on the burritos. So I got two burritos both with the same stuff on them and at least two of the ingredients were not present in either burrito that I ordered. The burritos themselves were also quite bland but since the hot salsa and the onions that I ordered in them simply weren’t there that’s probably why.

Literally so good every time I order. I never have had a mixup on my order and it tastes fresh and good after all the times i’ve had this place. I will continue to go here over chipotle or moes any day of the week!! Also the workers are always super friendly and it’s always ready on time!

Blue ash Bubbakoos always gets my order right and the food is always perfect . I have a shop across the street so I order about twice a week . Service is always friendly .

A great place to grab food with friendly service. We have tried many of the dishes with no complaints about any of them.

10 times better than Chipotle. This was our first time trying Bubbakoos out and it will definitely be a regular spot! Loved that I was able to order a low carb bowl. So so good. 😋😋😋

I ordered from the STOCKBRIDGE GA location earlier this week and opted to not save my credit card. I went to place an order today using a gift card I had received and their system automatically processed the payment using my credit card which is allegedly not saved in their system. When I called to cancel the charge the manager talked over me & nearly yelled at me that there wasn’t anything no they could do about it because my card is not saved so she doesn’t know how it was charged. After more of her cutting me off she cancelled the order and pretty much told me she didn’t know how long it would take for me to get my money back. That it will probably be a long time. I asked her who I need to speak to, if she can provide a corporate number or the department that handles the online payments. She seemed to set the phone down without saying a word and after waiting several minutes I ultimately disconnected with not even an apology. This is a very untrustworthy company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Using this company’s payment platform is a huge security risk.

We had our first Bubbakoo’s last night and it was better than Chipotle. And I LOVE Chipotle. I have a new favorite though. Can’t wait for next time!

Burrito was 70% rice, queso was a watered down texture. No bueno

good quality is very poor. rice was hard and chewy, meats were dry and overcooked...and it was 12pm. expected fresher and better quality. the veg options did appear and taste fresh. overall, ok once...but would not be a go to again for us Owings Mills, MD location

Amazing food! I love the fusion options. The service is also the reason why I keep coming to this place.

Pretty bad experience now both times. First time got a sampling of a number of things and was disappointed with bland dry food overall. Second time got the silly philly and watched as they took a laddle full of oil and doused the meat while cooking it. They then didn't grill any onions or peppers, just using the ones that were sitting out all day. Legitimately this, meat onion and pepper wrap had one tiny sliver of pepper. I wasn't asked for any additional condiments.

Then when I asked for queso and chips (their menu clearly has a price for BOTH) I was told chips are a seperate charge. OK. So a $12 burrito ends up being $22 with chips, queso and a drink? Their soda machine was broken. The manager was rude. Will definitely not be coming back. Chipotle is a far better deal with MUCH fresher and tastier ingredients (despite the fancy look and array of options bubbakoos seems to have).
