Foods standard, Portions are insanely weak, they have this new Spoon technique where they load the spoon ¾ full and dump half of it then the other half back into the canister, 1 half scoop of rice is the new standard and if you ask for anything extra you get treated like you're the problem 😂 go to Panda express. You'll get huge portions, excellent service with a smile and get atmosphere and they happily throw a little extra on if you ask nicely. This place has become a joke.

Avoid this location! I normally go to other locations and this one is terrible compared to the others. Service was terrible, asked for a burrito and they gave me next to nothing when it came to beans, rice, chicken and cheese. Absolutely insane that you have to beg for a proper serving of what you are paying for. Employee was visibly upset when asked to add guacamole because there wasn’t anymore and she had to actually do her job and go into the back and get some more. Safe to say I will never return to this location, management needs to look into how these employees are treating customers because it was shocking.

Staff was very hurried and rather rude. I had to ask for more with every ingredient. I'm aware the portion size isn't just a local issue, however I dont think anyone is putting chipotle under by asking for more than half a spoon of rice.

They forgot my $3-$5 guacamole and sour cream. My boyfriend picked up my order so maybe it’s my fault for not telling him what to check for, but it still sucks paying for something you didn’t get. This was my first time at this chipotle. I usually go to the one in Fort Myers and they never forget my guacamole. I would recommend the Fort Myers location instead of this Estero location. Would be great if corporate could reimburse me for my loss. The bowl is not the same without the guacamole.

For once a good Chipotle experience. I live in Miami and we used to be very frequent chipotle visitors as they have a lot of gluten-free options. Gave up on them after terrible experience after terrible experience. Visiting Bonita Springs with my daughter and we decided to give chipotle a try. Great experience! She advised the server that she had food allergies and asked her to change her gloves. Server promptly washed her hands and even turned off the faucet with a paper towel. Food service was fantastic and the portions were plentiful. Location is super odd as I'm used to them being in the center of everything and this location is a standalone with virtually nothing next to it. Tables were spotless. Staff were busy cleaning when they weren't preparing food. Garbage cans were empty unlike the last place, I ate at where the garbage was overflowing and a bunch of people just standing around doing nothing.
stay away from this place. By the way I reached out to the manager and the online Customer services they asked to reach out to. None.. even acknowledged my complain. You people are horrible! Shame on you

Service was slow and rude and very small portions,I call to speak to the manager and she made excuses and said it's never happened before but look at the reviews it speaks for it self!!! Not happy with this store!! Cape Coral store if the best of the best!!
