My wife and I ordered a chicken salad w Guacamole and 2 tacos for takeout. The tacos were just ok but the chicken salad was not fresh at all. Chicken mushy and the Guac was very brown. I took the food back to the outlet and VERY politely asked of a refund. The person I spoke to at the cash register asked me to take my bag of food and move away from the cash. She said someone would help me soon. I waited for them to serve another 5-6 or more customers and then again asked VERY politely if they could process my refund before the next group of customers and they said no. After serving not less than 10 more customers I finally asked again if my refund could be processed and if not I said I'd just leave. It wasn't that important to get a refund. All restaurants have bad days. I get it. They then asked the manager to help but she seemed indignant. Finally after they asked her again, and after everyone in the restaurant was served, the manager (Maria Lopez) agreed to process my refund. She avoided any eye contact with me, swiped her card a few times on her POS and then walked away. A young server asked me to insert my card and gave me a receipt. I politely asked if it was customary to not say sorry for serving bad food. The cashier said "who me? no". I then asked the manager if anyone wanted to apologize. I said a simple "sorry" would be fine. She said "you don't like the food. It's fresh so go". I asked her to repeat what she'd said and she said "you don't like the food so go". I told her I come there every week while wintering and she said "I don't care". It's not a big deal but she's really nasty piece of work. My guess is that's why the restaurant is not longer busy and the mood and service in that location is awful. At no point in my encounter did I raise my voice or behave inappropriately. Food workers are subjected to awful things and I'm very careful to not be one of those people.

The first bowl I received through the app order was an embarrassment—my wife picked it up, and it looked like they just threw scraps into the container. I called to get it resolved, and the manager had the nerve to give me an attitude instead of apologizing. So I wasted more time driving back to the store, only to find out they were completely out of white rice, brown rice, beans, chicken, AND steak. How does a restaurant run out of all the basics an hour before closing?
When I showed up at 9 PM, an employee thought it was funny to load up the bowl I brought back with even more cheese and cold sour cream, clearly trying to mock me as a customer. I got home and checked the temperature of the bowl—55 degrees. The food was ICE COLD and completely inedible.
This is beyond unacceptable. Chipotle needs to seriously address the incompetent staff and appalling service at this location. I will keep reposting this review every day until I hear directly from corporate with a resolution that reflects the frustration of paying customers who are sick of this kind of treatment. Do better.

Chipotle always tastes great. However, these were the most rude, disrespectful employees I’ve ever encountered. Jared was spiteful and just flat out mean.

Waited 40 minutes while employees stood around and cleaned, joked around, moved as slow as possible while getting ingredients . Manager seemingly encouraged the no service with a line out the door. Probably 40+ people left without getting to order. And after all that you get to pay 25 dollars for 1/2lb bowl

Typical Saturday, line was getting long and an irate lady in front of us was being completely nasty over cheese which the manager was following protocol on the fill line. Clearly she wanted the hot cheese to overflow into her car on the way home. Jared Lange the manager handled the situation better than 99% of human beings would have. We only know his name because the lady forced him to spell it out loud in front of everyone while he was trying to make her happy. My suggestion to this lady if she reads this is to order an extra cheese & be nice to people next time. You were completely out of line & this poor guy was doing his best to accommodate you while you were doing your best to belittle him. Food is always good here. Looking forward to eating it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just walked into chipotle and tried ordering a plain cheese quesadilla. There were about 4 employees standing around and the kid taking orders tells me he can’t take my order and I have to go online to place my quesadilla order, when i questioned him he said I had to go online to order because the quesadilla station is at the end. I just turned around and walked away. No

I love going to Chipotle frequently, but this location in particular had some of the juiciest, most delectable carnitas I've ever eaten! So good! Will definitely be coming back here again

If you go in person they don’t sell you a regular size quesadilla they only sell you a kids size ….Store and/ or company policy is the most absurd policy since they have everything in the store to make the regular size quesadilla. I will also send an email to corporate to share my feedback. It is such an inconvenience for the consumer and for sure not customer friendly.i spoke with the manager M and she was only able to say that is company policy

I waited 15 minutes for meat to be done. Asked for half and half but also wanted to pay for an extra scoop of protein. The employee or working manager made a huge deal about it saying she can’t do that like lady just charge me extra protein on the most expensive meat I chose I really don’t care and you shouldn’t either. Laziness all around. She looks like she is over her job, maybe consider replacing her.

Chipotle amazing very good food. However the only criticism I would give is that there scoops of food can be a shy. Some times I would get a "scoop" of meat but it will only be realistically a 3/4 scoop of meat. Also the seating area is constantly dirty.
